bad experience. beers are not good, the front deskstaffis rude and allow people selectively for no reason even when the place is empty. expected better from post being a established brewery,

have been a regular customer in prost since 2016. and needless to say till date they have maintained the high level of service. i am impressed by many of theirstaffincluding rajesh, whose recommendation got us a nice seat in their new establishment.

poorstaffservice. tried asking for a table change thrice due to water dripping from ac vent on our table and on us. didn't get any response. finally, got hold of the manager and expressed my inconvenience i was facing since past hour and half. he gave me an option for table change but i was already done with the place because of the ridiculous increase in the music volume (i really enjoyed first few hours of music which had the right amount of volume). you could have done better.

one of my new favorite spots. it has great ambiance with live screening and entertainment. variety of lip smacking cocktails to beat the heat.
i ordered bartenders special and it turned out to be great. i tried 5 varieties of cocktails it was as per my taste. thestaffprovided us good service .

been a regular at prost since it opened in hyderabad we are there every week and a fewstaffknow us by names ever since the new place opened i have noticed the frontstaffbeing very rude and judgmental …
and today i had an extremely embarrassing experience with one mr raj at the entrance …
i hope the management looks into this issue…if regulars are made to feel this way it’s a dangerous trend !!!

bad service. prost has always been one of my favourite places in hyderabad. hope thestaffmanages balancing the crowd better.

we waited for 35 mins for french
fries and a sampler for a friend. so we didn’t bother placing our main order.

please work on being nicer & paying attention to “all” your customers.

i visited this place today, faced a issue withstafftheir, her name is fatima, she is very rude to me , i did not like her behaviour and i want to remove her from the duty, expert her behaviour everything is fine..
hope you will read this statement and do the right thing.
