the only pizza place i'll frequent!. so many things to love about proletariat. just a few miles from my house, and totally worth a short drive past the lesser pizza establishments...it's usually pretty crowded, but we've never had towaitlong for a seat. the pizza is fresh and tasty, their salad with the garbanzo beans is awesome, and they have cheap, blue collar beer as well as the fancier local stuff! (i would normally support the local beer manufacturers but i like my beer light and watery, just like grandpa used to drink). also very kid friendly! those of us with kids know how stressful it can be to dine out with them, but not here! they have a cool little play area to entertain the kids while youwaitfor your dinner to arrive (which won't take long!). the people-watching is good too and the owners are very friendly and helpful. get ice cream at full tilt across the street afterward!
