5 star for an excellent service, shout out to tina. she's incredibly nice, friendly and attentive.

on the other hand the foods are mediocre, nothing special about it (atleast in my opinion).

the amsterdam burger is okay. the bun is soft, the beef patty is just fine; the pastrami and fried onion is delicious.

the truffle fries is not bad.

the poutine (pizza) is a french fries with pizza flavor which has tomato sauce, melted cheese and pepperoni. the composition of this dish is just superb, all the ingredients goes well together. instead of truffle fries i recommend that you order this.

the t.e. crispy chicken burger is good. the chicken is crispy and tasty, the slaw goes well with the chicken and the bun is hot and soft.

note: if your total bill reached php 1000 you're going to have a free dessert. the free dessert is a huge portion of chocolate chip cookies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

i ordered their caramelized bacon alfredo (solo) and crispy goat cheese salad.

the caramelized bacon alfredo is good, just that solo looked more like a side dish than something good for “solo” eating.

crispy goat cheese salad is good but wish there would be more crispy goat cheese.

service is great (but i heard that management is shitty). price rate is also good.

pound by todd english, reminds me of uk, this is the type of food i'm expecting if i would like to eat something english. i would say that pound is affordable and it would satisfy your hunger. i just have a concern that their menu is quite small in quantity as to what are the available things to eat. i think they should work on that more. overall their delicious taste and cozy ambiance makes the experience worthwhile plus it's a different take on your usual fast food burgers making it all the more worthwhile .

burgers were the only positives of our dinner tonight. rosemary chicken subpar. poutine so-so. alfredo too few.

their customer service is bad. asked their head admin in viber if she can check if the gifted gc is still accepted in their promotions. she just seen zoned me for more than a week. and now that i've sent a message directly to their group chat to call out her attention since she doesn't reply, she then blocked me! saying her apologies a lot of times pero she got the nerve to block me in something na siya din naman may kagagawan at kapabayaan. so unprofessional!

food was great but the serving time is really slow. worth the wait though. great place to dine in with friends and family, a good place to chill and relax :))

the place is very clean and classic with a touch of elegance. i loved the salads specially the crispy goat cheese salad, ingredients used are very fresh. crunchy iceberg lettuce. i liked omg milkshake wherein bits of brownie can be felt while sipping. backyard cheese burger tastes really good. alfredo pasta is taste good with bits of crunchy bacon on top. affordable yet classy and delicious food.

t.e slider, alfredo, and foodee iced tea classic deal is a perfect combo.
also, parmesan fries complements the t.e burger.
their brass mugs and lightings give the restaurant an industrial feels and a luxury vibe.

got the amsterdam burger which is very good. the medium rare beef is just right. we also got the secret chef burger which is so-so, nothing special. the fries are not good, quite hard, like not so fresh. overall ambience is very nice and staff are friendly.

their php249 deal for their cheeseburger with fries and iced tea was definitely a good deal. i love the consistency of the medium well patty i ordered, and it complemented well with the cheese. their iced tea tastes really good! we also tried the winglets sampler, php280 for three flavors. the garlic parmesan and buffalo winglet were good, but i didn't appreciate the sweet chili flavor.

their staff offered good service, and the ambiance of the place was classy and chill.

consistently good service during our numerous visits at pound. price can be affordable if your appetite is light. availed of the burger meal that came with their foodee iced tea and fries. this is a good value since on the menu, the cost of the burger is more expensive vs. availing the value meal. tasty, quality beef and flavorful cheese inbetween a soft, buttery bun. this is such a satisfying meal. recommended.

i though i was ordering the classic deals, the waiter didnt even of offer the deal. he said the order was already punched and cannot be changed. how inconsiderate the food was “ok” but serving size nah

twas hot in the mall as the place was crowded. stepping in this outlet was a treat as the aircon was really cold, or that we were seated under the vent. ☺️. we tried their classic deals - ₱179 for a t.e. slider and a pomodoro or afredo pasta with iced tea. well worth your bucks for a snack as it was filling enough for me. 🍔🍝🥤

been pondering on whether or not to try this place out because i’ve had mixed reviews, i was strolling along rob manila when i finally decided to go for it.

i ordered their amsterdam burger, fried pickles, and iced tea.

the patty is great. it’s thick, juicy, and flavorful. however, i asked for a medium well because seeing the pink somewhat makes me squeamish but when i cut my burger, it was a medium. still quite pink in the center. i just brushed it off though.

the pastrami gave an ex extra layer of meaty flavor which made it great.

sauerkraut and gruyere is just a match made in heaven so it makes so much sense to mix these two.

however, their buns and sauce was the downfall of this burger for me. hence the 3 stars.

the bun is too soft to handle the big patty, it crumbles and becomes soggy after a while. they should toast it better, or switch to pretzel bun or brioche bun. something sturdier to have a firm grip on the burger and so that the burger won’t just turn into mush upon biting into it.

their sauce could be hella improved, it literally just tastes like local mayonnaise. i had to scrape it off of my burger. it was that bad, for me at least.

their fried pickles isn’t that good either, it’s pretty meh. the breading overpowered the pickles but i guess i wasn’t really expecting much on it.

ice tea tasted great though, perfect tang to match the meatiness of the burger.

i hope they do improve their sauce and buns.
