it’s a good happy place, nice crowd! they have singers at night. awesome drinks and food but staff can be more pro active. you’ll see that everyone’s just trying to get serve, but we all try to understand.

place is fine based on previous experience but today we were welcome with the security who was pretty rude & disrespectful. the matter of fact is the security is the front face of any place, a misbehaviour is not torreable at any cost. i made sure that i highlight this to the management. trust me as a guest i never disliked any place like this before. i was almost convinced to call the cops but later decide not to argue and end this. if this is how you gonna greet you guest, choice is all yours. i am sure there are many places where we are welcome better. i argue the management to understand the comment as a suggestion & take necessary action to take my review back. i am sincerely looking for an apology in written.

even thought the band and the food were good, the security there are absolute monsters, they use profanity like its chewing gum. couldn't belive my ears, just be careful when dealing with them, you never know what triggers them. (of course this is not all security).

i always go to porters for a drink or two and always end up having a good time. the pub is quite big yet has a cozy feeling to it. i've only tried the porters burger, i'd give it a 4/5. the only downside to the bar is that it gets a bit busy sometimes and the orders take a lot of time to arrive.

they do not accept reservations done through zomato, on weekends

we went there today to have dinner somewhere different and i always wanted to try porters. long story short the food was phenomenal!... tasted redicoulusly good! the atmosphere was, well it's a pub !... the staff were really friendly and the security guard at the entrance everyone seems to complain about was a really nice guy !...

its an amazing place and its fun to b here with friends...food choices r quite huge and its a big place to accommodate many....lovely band on weekends...

the ambience is great for abu dhabi...the beer deals were good...the food was quite nice...specially the all day breakfast! i dont know how buzzing it is at night coz both times we have visited in the afternoon for lunch and it was kind of dull and not full..

a lovely friday brunch, with a very english soul – porters pub is a lively get-together of expats, where the classical watering-hole brings together abu dhabi’s finest for an afternoon of merries and a mouth-watering selection of deluxe pub food – just like back home, only more luxury!
