if your black or even look black don’t go here, their extremely racist in it shows. you won’t get the warm welcoming feeling they give everyone that’s caucasian. i even saw how when i gave my money to the cashier, the chef or whoever runs the restaurant took my money to the back to check it because he assumed it was fake since i was black. our presence disgusted them. even the caucasian cashier was irritated. it’s extremely disappointing and i’m not a novice to racism. this horrible restaurant made my daughter and i feel so uncomfortable. it was like a only whites are allowed here feeling, but it’s against the law to say it and they have these things called lawsuits now. so yeah good luck with that.

amazing!! best steak i have had in a long time. petite filet was just right cooked to perfection and seasoned well. the mashed potatoes with sourcream and chives were very good too. service was top notch as well. go and enjoy you won't regret it.

a premium dining space that serves some amazing steaks. their meat is cooked to perfection and the portion is just apt. love the place. will be back

went for a birthday date night with my boyfriend. excellent service. the food was amazing and nothing was disappointing. cant wait to go back

too salty. steak was over powered with seasoning. i would never order a steak again. soggy lettuce. good drinks. service was ok. . have not been there for awhile and will not go again. it was not terrible but nothing to say that it was really good i need to go again.

not impressed. i have been there twice now. the first time i ordered the porterhouse expecting great things. i ordered medium rare. after the third attempt to cook the entire steak medium rare they finally got it. for a $120 meal for my wife and i we expected better. this time we went i got the black and blue steak. the sauce is amazing but the steak was again sub par. they will not be getting anymore of my business. for this price i will just drive to fogo in mlps every time.

excellent food & service. i was looking at steakhouse reviews here on urbanspoon and this one came up as one of the best in the suburbs, so i went with my boyfriend. our cocktails were perfect - i recommend the dirty minnesotan martini, which features minnesota-made vodka and hand-stuffed blue cheese olives. we started with an artichoke dip that was cheesy, creamy, and full of chunks of artichoke, roasted pepper, and spinach. our steaks were 2" thick, well aged, fully marbled, and cooked to perfection. service was attentive but not intrusive, and the atmosphere was classic steakhouse: low light without being too dim, sinatra in the background, dark wood tables and booths. we had a wonderful time and we'll surely be back.

first time, will not be the last! excellent food, cozy atmosphere. tenderloin was seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly how it was ordered. prices were very reasonable for the offerings, great place to have a perfect steak!

one of the best steaks in town. very good steak, if money is no problem. the place has great service and the food is awsome but very spendy. diner for two with a drink was almost 70 dollars. but its very good. i would give it 4 out of 5 stars for the steak and service

great steak and crab legs entrees enjoyed tonight! even the baked potato and bread was great! and cheers to the great cocktails in the bar! (just skip the free birthday cake which was better not served at all) we will return!!

quality of a downtown steakhouse in the 'burbs. the porterhouse is one of our favorite places in town for an amazing meal and fantastic service. the aged steaks are flavorful and can easily compete with what downtown minneapolis can dish out. the seafood is great as well for surf n turf combinations.

we've been going here for years and have always had a fantastic experience - a frequent destination for birthdays. they also have great "couples dinner" deals for new years, valentines day, etc. highly recommended.

the black and blue was awesome! ahi tuna appetizer to start. my wife had the steak and shrimp combo and stated that this was "the best she has ever had". i highly recommend making a reservation, but if you don't your wait will be worth it!

we started with a few appetizers, including the spinach artichoke dip. this dip was delicious, it was rich and creamy from the parmesan cheese and had large chunks of artichoke and spinach blended throughout. it was served with a loaf of hot baguette

a bit above average. my wife had the canadian walleye pike (baked), and said it was good. our 9 year old had a sirloin and mashed potatoes (too many scallions); she liked the steak (no kids menu). i had the 14 oz. new york cut. the bread was very good. the house salad was average, but the ranch dressing was fresh (buttermilk) and tangy. the steaks were prepared just as we ordered. with one glass of wine, two soft drinks, and no deserts the total bill was $82 before tip. our reservation was for 5:30 and there were few other diners; we were seated by the rear door to the kitchen and wait-station. the a/c was set a bit too low, but it was ok. if i owed the place, i would add white table cloths and offer family-style side dishes.

vise president. we enjoyed the hospitallity , the great food, and the excellant service. we were very impressed. looking forward to our next visit.
