▶they introduced new italians and mexican food delicacies for surti people like mexican rice platter,italian roasted paneer,6 layer cheesy heaven with nachos,keto lasagne,korean chilly paneer and many others delicacies.
lasange is basicallyitaliandish prepared with flat pasta but here i try the keto lasange layer of veggies like zucchini,carrot,beetroot with cheese and paneer with tangy sauce.
chef cum owner miss. pooja started their journey with food truck with so many varieties of food after that space constraints for making some special mexican anditalianfood they start the pojo's kitchen.
▶they never compromised with quality of food and taste that's why any new dishes prepared for tasting or launched for people after checking or tasting done by miss. pooja.
▶pojo's kitchen ambience is so beautiful with colourful lights, decorative walls with food even they paint the wall with design of food truck.outside area they also started open terrace type cafe for youngsters and couple who enjoyed the moments with natural light.

had their silk spiced smoked pasta and realized that i must eatitalianoften. not really a vegetarian at heart but loved the food. lasagne was a treat and oh the mug cake was super super cool. must visit

superb place foritalianfood. the cheesy rice is the highlight of their menu. the silky smoked spaghetti is to die for. definitely recommend it. the staff is also very polite and service is quick. the owner is usually present making sure each dish served is upto the mark.

this place has became our favorite spot for exoticitalianfood. though we are still trying their every dish on the menu, the ones that we have tried so far as aglio olio, mushroom pizza , rolling lasagne , pojo's special spaghetti and tender coconut. all of these dishes are heavenly good. they take their time to make it but it's worth it .

this has become my favourite go toitalianplace in the city! the taste reminds of the best times ive had withitalianfood! here is a mushroom sauce spaghetti and the cheesy lasagna! i have stared binge ordering from here and i would appreciate more new dishes! hands down the bestitalianfood in surat right now thats right on price as well

the place was having wonderfulitaliancuisine just loved the food we had there...wanna tty crossaint next time for sure...i tried baked cheese rice as well as smokey marina spaghetti also had tomato basil soup everything was awesome in taste ...only the thing is this place doesn't have enough nos of chairs n tables...the only thing i faced problem was i had to wait too long for having seat...otherwise it was first wonderful experience at any food truck till date...!!

a new take on surat's food truck culture, an authenticitalianpalate menu, curating a limited range, which is compensated by the excellent flavour profile which is well balanced, quality ingredients.

just a couple of tables to have your meal on, but hey, you've been always carrying your hot plate with you, then why not just use it, your car's bonnet people :p

very light on the stomach and pocket as well... 

the main crowd pleaser is that the chef hasn't been mending around with the concept of 'fusion', they've slap pasted the trueitalianflavours on with their menu, aglio olio is filled with garlic, marinara is made with fresh tomatoes and a hint of coriander, and damn that hot chocolate with a toasted marshmallow on top !!! 

you will not be disappointed if you know your flavours well and you will be disappointed if you are looking for some "fusion" crap. this place is for a true, soulful and a flavour pasta.

the only amazing truck in the city where you will find delicious authenticitalianfood. the prices are pocket friendly. 2 things you cannot miss trying when you are at pojo's are spaghetti in mushroom sauce and nutella mug cake.
