pine tree garden chinese

good food is good food.. you don't need a fancy place to know how to prepare a good meal. when i go i always get the hot and spicy shrimp fried rice, add beef, pork, mushrooms, and sweet and sour sauce. it has been delicious every time and i'm getting hungry thinking about it.

great food. i love the food there. great service and friendly staff.

im a lifer. this is by far the best chinese that you can find. it is super cheap and you get a great amount for the price. also it has the best beef dishes. the beef and broccoli is to die for. i must say i ask for extra brown sauce but they are so awesome, you can totally customize your order. they have the absolute hands down brown sauce. i have been going there since i was in 6th grade. my heart belongs to pine tree garden. the owner used to always give us free toungue splashers.

trust me the place on the outside doesn't look like a good place to eat but it's not about the place and how it looks its the food, and the food is a m a z i n g! my family loves chinese food and this is the closest one to our house, and it's also really good! 10/10 great place to eat!

nothing fancy but oh-so-good! worth your visit if you’re around these parts....this review has to be one hundred and fourth characters so i wrote two extra sentences. enjoy the place.

what a disappointment. there were literally no redeeming qualities to this place. the chicken and broccoli was served in a white sauce which is unusual but its not forgiveable when its bland and the broccoli overcooked. the mongolian beef had no spice and the beef tasted boiled. the crab rangoon was sour. i mean, come on folks. this is just ridiculous. i question the palate of anyone who gave this place a positive review.

both the general tso chicken and the sweet and sour pork were really good. egg rolls were delicious and had an interesting twist - tasted small amount of cinnamon. sounds weird, but it worked. fried rice is not their best side.

soooo good.. i never have wrote a review on any food place that i have tried.. i just moved from va to mesquite and i've been trying to find the best place to get my favorite (hunan chicken) dish. i looked up reviews and seen the ratings on this one was good so i decided to try it.. i'm so glad i did.. i like the fact that i can ask for extra spicy. it's a very good price too. 7.00 for a combination of chicken/shrimp hunan plus it comes with an egg roll and rice.. i thought they had charged me for lunch because it was just that cheap. i totally recommend it & will not go to another place in mesquite now.

amazing. we love this place. made to order. egg foo young is awesome. sesame chicken can't be beat. try ha shrimp.

best food!!. being that it is in balch springs i was sketchy of this place at first, but it has the best chinese food around! the price is relatively cheap and they overload your plate with great food. i always compare any chinese restaurant to pine tree and pine tree simply has the best food!!

since we moved from an area that had many great chinese restaurants, we've struggled to find a good one around mesquite until tonight - great sesame chicken and thoroughly enjoyed the kung pao chicken. will be back again soon!

food is great, staff is very friendly oh and great prices. we order all the time for lunch the food is always fresh and hot! and they get the credit card orders right!

"ok but not the best". i won't to pine tree and ordered combination fried rice. it was good, but it wasn't the best. the price was very reasonable.

if you have never tried it and live close by, it's worth a try. i wouldn't go out of my way......

best chinese on the planet. my family has been eating @ pine tree garden for as long as i can remember. a friend introduced us to the place. ellen, the restaurant manager, has seen my daughter grow up from birth to age 19. she is now a junior in college.

we have eaten in many restaurants in the d/fw area and non compare. even p. f. chang. we have traveled extensively from orlando, florida to tennessee to new york and nothing is as good as pine tree garden. every time we crave chinese food and eat it in another state, we tell ourselves that we will never make that mistake again. but we do, and we can't wait to get back home to have the most authentic chinese around. when we eat any where else we always feel as if we are cheating on our local restaurant.

in fact, when my family comes in from tennessee, every one gets something different and we set it out family style and all share, that's when it is truly the best.

the staff is never rude and is always upbeat. our family usually orders takeout and picks it up at the drive-thru window. ellen never hesitates to poke her head through the window to say hello and ask how the family is doing.

we have eaten in the restaurant several times and the service is just as great. the restaurant is always clean, including the restrooms. i have seen her insist that the employees go back and clean it a second time if it doesn't pass her inspection.

she runs a tight ship and it shows in the quality of the product the restaurant. in all the time we have ordered from pine tree, and it's been very numerous, they have gotten our order incorrect exactly once. in over 19 years, just once. i don't know of any place that can say they have that kind of record. at least not in our book.
