picazzo's organic italian kitchen

sedona is home to picazzo's organic italian kitchen, a chain of gluten-free italian restaurants with several locations throughout both southern and northern arizona. this particular location is conveniently located along hwy 89a, nearby many of the areas beautiful hiking trails, making it a great place to refuel after a long day of fitness. the extensive allergy friendly menu combined with a cozy outdoor patio make picazzo's the perfect casual option for the gluten-freesedonatraveler.

so i came tosedonaon vacation and really had no clue as to what cuisine was delectable. my mom and i tried this place out because it seemed healthy and looked delicious. for being a gluten free restaurant it was actually quite tasty, it had a contemporary and sophisticated atmosphere, and our server mitchell was fun and hilarious. i would definitely come here again!

it was our first time eating insedonaand was not impressed. the vegetables were cold. the egg plant was barely warm. the kale and white bean soup was good. the green salad was average.

overrated and overpriced. chicken alfredo pasta was like a pasta-roni dish, no alfredo, no fontina cheese, tasted no white wine, sauce was separated. pizza was substandard. worst meal on oursedonavacation.

great food, great service!. my friends and i ate here while recently insedonaand we loved it! we got the super veggie pizza and the "california" neapolitan style pizza and both were excellent. it was a saturday night around 6:30 when we walked in and it was packed! people were standing everywhere. the staff was totally polite and helpful and nice. we ordered ours to go, went a couple doors down for some groceries, and when we returned it was ready. very well-priced for the excellent food! we liked it so much we went back the next night and i ordered the chopped kale salad (the half order is huge!) and a bowl of lentil soup. both excellent. we also ordered the skillet brownie, the olive oil cake (similar to a moist pound cake) and the apple crisp. the brownie with the raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream won our hearts. and it was huge and accommodated the 4 of us very nicely! 5 out of 5 stars*

the food and the service are excellent! visited picazzo's 2 times in 2 days and was was not disappointed. if you're insedonado not miss this place!

ever had! the vortex pizza is really good. the fresh pear gorgonzola salad is really good also. if your nearsedonathis is a must stop!

this is my favoritesedonarestaurant. fast service- the crust is amazing and there are some outrageous topping combinations that are delicious, but might not sound like it though.
