best pho in rhode island hands down!. whats not to love about this joint right here?
the answer is nothing. i have been to pho horns for lunch or dinner a good 40 plus times and have yet to have any bad experiences. thefoodand the service are second to none. go with # 27 the most amazing bowl of soup i have ever had with seafood,sliced pork quail eggs a bunch of other super fresh ingredients all in the most flavorful aromatic clear broth i have ever had grab your self some summer rolls "nime chow' and a bubble tea and you will see why i am bragging!
