best fine dining experience i have ever had in brisbane. firstly, the staff here are fantastic. great knowledge of the wine list, menu and all extremely attentive. the restaurant itself is exquisite, looking over southbank. we started our night off with the fried squid to share, 10/10. we didn't want to feel full before our mains! i ordered the seafood risotto...oh my god. this risotto was next level it was incredible.freshseafood and lots of it, this has to be one of the best meals i have eaten. the rest of my table ordered the market fish (swordfish), lamb cotolette and the porchetta. all dishes were faultless, my whole table left extremely happy. however, 2/4 of my dining party were gluten intolerant so it would have been nice to see a gf pizza base or gf pasta. would have loved to have gotten dessert but none were gluten free :(
