perrotti's pizza

world's finest. people's reviews here really aren't getting to the point, so i thought i should add my two cents.

first, critiquing the employees does not mean the pizza is not good (and it is). i'm been coming here for 10+ years since i was in my college daysbackat tcu, and this pizza is still my favorite. i've been to mamma's, little caesars, domino's and pizza hut, and they are no comparison to what this family-style pizzeria has in store.

i've always loved the food, and i believe perrotti's still has a 2 for 1 deal going on.

i've never had a problem with the service. yes, there could be a few more thank you's i suppose, but when i come in, it is always busy and seems as though the employee's are being tested by hungry customers.

this was the placebackin my college day, and is still the preference of the tcu campus today.

fyi, you pay for pizza, not service. this is not a corporate business. even if the staff was really rude, i would still come to this location because the pizza is that good.

i have been a long time customer of perrottis pizza and after the poor service i recieved tonight i wont return. i ordered a thin crust personal veggie and got a personal bacon. when i calledbackto discuss the mistake they immediately said they would send the correct pizza. shortly after a new pizza arrived. relieved to finally have my pizza i dug in only to find a gooey doughy slice. so i calledbackagain, at this point i didnt even want the pizza, but i was immediately told well im not sending another driver out there! so i asked for a refund for my raw pizza and was told well thats just how it cooks sometimes pop it in the oven. its not take and bake...i ordered delivery for a reason....so even after poor service and raw pizza i was still not offered a refund. when i asked for one he was irritated. like i screwed up. after many years of raving about perrottis pizza i wont be back. shame on them for such poor service and for being just down right rude!!!!!
