light and airy and spotlessly clean.goodmenu selection and reasonable prices. unfortunately i found the coffee far too strong and couldn't drink it - it tasted like a triple shot in a small cup.

our favourite brunch spot. have tried almost everything on the menu. every dish is perfectly curated with interesting combinations ofgoodquality ingredients and artistically presented which make for a memorable experience. kokako coffee perfectly bold and balanced. well done percy, thank you for always welcoming us with your friendly service, beautiful food and amazing coffee.

working near the airport, cafe options are few and far between. percy has been my regular since it opened and it has yet to disappoint. the coffee is second to none, cabinet food is fresh and delicious and service is consistently great whether dining in or ordering to go. i almost don't want to mention howgoodtheir mini bacon and scrambled egg croissants are because my day will be ruined if they're out of stock but damn, they hit the spot. 10/10 hope my family uses percy as the catering for my funeral.

surprisingly beautiful setting on the edge of an industrial area. attentive service with great food. outstanding chicken burger with crushed peanuts & kimchi & verygoodbeef burger.
we had a return visit next day for breakfast & friends raved over mushroom french toast & chocolate hot cakes.
we’ll be back again this weekend as we love the whole feel of the place as well as enjoying the food & coffee.
highly recommend!

the mushroom french toast is amazing 👌 the brioche toast was light and fluffy sitting on a creamy mushroom purée - covered with mushrooms and parmesan cheese topped with a couple of pieces of pancetta. yum. this is the first time i’ve seen french toast that is not your typical bacon/banana berry compote/maple syrup dish. it’s sogoodthat i recommend mushroom lovers to try it. this place also has a barista with coffee art skills.
also tried oreo cheesecake which was delicious and tasted similar to basque cheesecake. will definitely go back again

had brunch on a sat morning. i went there with lots of expectation. they had great table service and ambience. and decoration on the food lookedgoodhowever, bao was a bit disappointing. only small piece of vege and also a tiny meats in each bao.
i felt that they use one of the cheapest ingredients in the market to lower the cost and put more effort on looking. i will come back for coffee but not for brunch spot.

great location - away from all the noise. fresh air and great environment all around. quick service and love the food! coffee wasgoodalthough the mocha was smaller than a small and not hot. but apart from that everything was good. must visit place.
