fresh, real food. reasonable prices. hands-down, the best diner in the metro orlando area. i've been a regular at the lake mary location for more than 5 years. the omelets, apple fritters, massive pancakes, biscuits & gravy, belgian waffle, and veggie croissant benedict really hit the spot for breakfast. the sequoia burger is the best i've ever had (i order mine with bbq sauce) - and give the cole slaw a chance! it's awesome.

get lunch.. i've eaten here several times and consistently have not been impressed by their breakfast. it's nothing exceptional and average in my opinion, and have had better elsewhere. but, i have found that if i order their lunch items, i am much happier with the meals. i haven't had any complaints with any lunch that i have ordered at peach valley...

i ate here a few years ago and didn't like it but decided to give it another try today. shame on me. server was impersonal and rushed. french toast was dry and overloaded with cinnamon. i added potatoes as a side for $2 and felt severely overcharged for the small portion i received. server handed me the bill right after we got our food, which i didn't appreciate. who wants to think about the bill when you're trying to take your first bites of breakfast?

two thumbs up! long wait for breakfast / brunch on the weekends.

breakfast. went there with my family and the bill was over $100++. ordered food off the menu but bacon, sausage etc.. was $3.00 extra, the nuts on top of the waffle was $1.95 more, pushing our bill with extras over $100. the waitress didn't tell us it was extra, she just asked do you want bacon, sausage etc.., would you like fruit or nuts. the food was oily and so i did not finish my meal of eggs, grits, and bacon. overall i won't be taking my family there anymore.

good food and service. i have heard a lot about this place and decided to give it a try. it was good and i will go back. we started with the apple fritters, i think the full size portion was a little small but it was good nonetheless. i had the chicken and waffles and my wife the fish tacos. both were good. the service was excellent and the outside eating area is nice when the weather permits.

we met our children for mother's day. when we put our name on the list we were told the wait would be one hour, which was what we expected. after an hour and fifteen minutes we asked where we were on the list. we were told we were number eight. after they had seated ten parties we again asked where we were. an hour and a half and ten parties we were now number seven. another eight parties and an hour and forty five minutes had passed and a manager finally came out. i asked him where we were and we had moved to number five. i told him and he said well some of the people i called weren't here. duh, doesn't that mean we would have been seated sooner not later? i was obnoxious and did not move from the hostess desk. we were seated next. when we were seated the manager was talking to a table across from us and said the girls were seating regulars before everyone else! really! not the way to gain new customers. needless to say we will not be going there ever. and, the food is not that great. too bad brians restaurant closed they knew how to do breakfast right!

friendly place with great food. good location, just be patient, parking is a bit tight. breakfast is always fresh, i love the breakfast sandwich. they also serve yummy lunches. one of my favorite breakfast places in lake mary.

we were in town golfing and found this place. we were there two straight days and had two great meals. the service was very good, the food was excellent and the ambience was perfect for us. i had an excellent egg sandwich and chicken and waffles. my wife had a greek omelet and a blueberry pancakes. all excellent!

delicious! we've been known to go for breakfast and order a burger, pancakes and cajun pasta all at the same time. crazy yummy and every time my parents come to visit we stop in.

breakfast was omelet and apple fritters, service excellent. coffee while not starbucks was very good though.

great food! the apple friters are amazing and served with a strawberry yogurt dip. had the new canoli stuffed french toast which was sweet, but not too sweet. had a great meal!

excellent food and staff. i just wanted to send a note to thank all of our servers, the hostess and the manager at the heathrow location for their excellent service today as they accommodated and served breakfast to my large family and i. i could not have imagined a more perfect start to our easter! also a special shot out to oscar one of our waiters! all were great but oscar was very attentive with my parents. food as always is fresh and delicious. thank you and happy easter to you all:)

apple fritters = amazing!. the apple fritters are a must try! the strawberry yogurt sauce that they are served with is so refreshing and delicious! although the wait time for brunch is usually pretty long, especially on the weekends, it's a great place to go with friends and family!

always amazing. i've been eating at peach valley (the one beachside) since i was a 10-year-old. now, as a 21-year-old, the service and food has retained the same level of perfection that it had when i was a child. i recently graduated from uf, and had the comfort of a peach valley up in gainesville for the 3.5 years i was there. it's good food, good company, and a good atmosphere. now as i'm getting ready to move up to nyc, all i can ask is...open one up in manhattan?! please?!
