ordered 5 portion and got delivered 4 items this is pathetic from a reputed place like this and had a conversation atleast 5timeand still having excuse that they will not be able to deliver the remaining items

again i got something else instead of strawberry thick shake, lasttimei didn't complain but this is serious problem now

icecream parlours come and go but patel's icecream is forever favorite.

the age-old patel icecream that was once popular for icecreams like rose petals, now serves new-age thick shakes, sundaes and ice-creams that youngsters identify with.

nice thick shakes, and alltimelike to eat patel icecream.
specially rose petal thick shake is the favorite one of mine.
ice cream will be packed properly. and its nice served.

i used to go to patel ice cream regularly but firsttimei found quality of jem nut ice cream is not a good specially cashews quality is very bad.

now there is no charm like old days. earliertimetaste, service and ambience was superb. now all change. taste is ok. service is ok. ambience is totally ok.

everytimei m in rajkot i have to have this .. best all season rose petal milkshake.. flavour of rose and taste of cashew nuts ( kaju) .. excellent.. !
