had dinner their the other night with my family and found the waiter to be very unfriendly and acted as if we were doing him a favor ! this guy been working there for quite some time and has always been unfriendly , with this being a birthday and having to focus more on his attitude then the event we certainly will not be going back. the hostess also made a big deal about the table we requested when the place was half empty ! i have to guess this attitude issue is coming down from the top? its a shame since i was a long time customer but i think themanagementmust not care very much about changing the poor morale? oh well with all the new choices of restaurants this will soon bite them in the ass ets. prices are also over the top!!! bye bye fat a**!

disappointed in management. i sent a letter complaining about a very rude waitress in the bar, as myself and 2 companions were having lunch there one day. she was curt to everyone, you know, making you feel like "why'd you come in here and bother me?" i sent a letter tomanagementcomplaining about her. i never heard back from them, so i had my secretary call them. and they said they were going to send certificates for 3 free meals, which i believe they never really did, because we have a small post office where i live and they never received them. then the owner told us the second certificates they sent were used, which again no one gets the mail except me, so that cannot possibly be. we did call them the first time, correcting any possible wrong address and they had got it right. i then sent another letter and said we never really heard what you did with the waitress, which was my original complaint. i also said, instead of sending certificates, why don't you just put my name on a list and the fact that we have three meals on the house and i'll come in. they never responded. i believe the certificates were never sent and they pacify their complaints by outright lies. it's too bad that they would act this way. i identified myself as a reverend, as well as my 2 companions, so they knew i wasn't complaining for complaining's sake. so much for themanagementof pastiche's. my secretary spoke to both the father of the owner and the son, the owner.
