i ordered at around 12 pm.. it was delivered at 1:45 pm after 1 hour 45 minutes.. after paying huge delivery fees this kind of service is unacceptable. the order was ready early but the delivery boy was asked to collect one more order from same restaurant by zomato which got delayed resulting indelayin my order. zomato should improve your process

in case anydelayin delivery due to absent of a customer advice the delivery boy dont wait for absented customer who is not in the house and permt him to deliver foods to the next customer without delay

the worst biryani i've had ! this is the third time paragon has disappointed me. from poor service,delayin preparing the food, to serving food that is just tasteless . had to wait for almost an hour to get this delivered. never ordering again from this restaurant !
