don't bother.. we live near this place and have read the stellar reviews. we've been looking forward to trying it for months, and finally did tonight. wow. the service was horrid (and i waited tables for years and am quite forgiving of mistakes)--we were actually asked if we wanted dessert or the check before we got our soup or entree. then the soup came, and we wish we'd asked for the check...since it tasted like warm aquarium water. i really wanted to like this place, and am normally a really easygoing customer, but this is the first and only time a place has annoyed me enough to want to warn others. don't fall for the good reviews.

delicious, great prices.. one of my favorite local places to eat. the sampler is a must for first timers just to introduce them to the types of dishes they serve.

i had the hawaiin style ribs which i couldn't pick up off the plate without the meat being left behind on the plate..talk about fall off the bone! amazing tenderness.

the atmosphere is quaint, although a tad dark on the inside. the small section of outside seating is nice for beautiful days. the servers are always as nice as can be. i wish it had a better location so it could get more exposure, it can be hard to miss as its on the corner of a shopping center.

the uncle taks wing's are delicious.

stop in for lunch and build your own delicious style with the tons and tons of options on the menu.

great hidden treasure! staff is always friendly and very attentive. food is fresh and good quality. the fish tacos were really good and it's nice to see familiar foods from the island. though my only complaint is that sometimes the lunch bowls are dowsed with teriyaki sauce and can be over powering. just order it on the side and your good to go!

good, healthy choices. fresh ingredients and very flavorful. the kids love it too. it is a little pricy for the amount of food you get. excellent change of pace meal option. i like that it is locally owned as well. not a fan of chains. try the bowls. they're inexpensive and tasty.

our favorite!!!!!!!! eb/fy. this place is awesome! my wife and i regularly drive from fort walton (often in rain storms) just to try something new off the menu. we have had almost everything and we have not found anything yet that we didnt enjoy! but really liked the mauna kae shrimp. the service is alway fast and friendly. recommended!

excellent experience! the food was delicious. especially enjoyed the asian dumplings & the mauna kea shrimp. our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful.

yum!!!!!. what a great little spot. have driven buy every day since moving to gulf breeze in august. finally tried it tonight, and i can't praise it enough. great service, very clean, awesome atmosphere. most of all lot's to chose from, great price and oh yeah, the food is great!!! will definitley return.
