the platter served was cold, that took more than 30-40 minutes to prepare. it looked stale. no taste/ quality. even the green chutney served with this platter was watery and not good. we had ordered for soups as well that were really bad in taste, in manchow - the fried noodles that are added for crunch were already dipped in the soup and were soggy. after this experience, we decided not to order for dinner and waste more money. we made a complaint to the waiter who had nothing to say or offer but direct us for billing where there was no manager to address the issue.

they have so many dishes listed in the menu in all cuisines that waiters don't even know what that dish is made of or how it would taste!

in short, the food has no quality. they may remove various cuisines and perfect the indian dishes first. there should be a manager at rooftop.

the only thing good about thisplaceis the location of the restaurant.

this is an amazingplacewith great views of the fateh sagar lake. we wanted pure jain food which is difficult to find easily. but the chef mr rajendra das made it very easy for us and provided delicacies jain food. he even went out of the way and prepared a complimentary dish for us which was so tasty. our server mr. jeevan was also prompt in providing service. overall greatplacewith great food

excellent service, great location and convenient reservation on zomato. the laal maas and chicken banjara murg were excellent along with garlic naan and missi roti. special mention to sardaar singh ji for his hospitality, he served us well. the rajasthani folk musical performances was the cherry on top to elevate the overall experience. a greatplaceto dine in this festive season 🙌

wonderful restaurant with beautiful view of lake. we tried laal maas which was suggested by mr. jeevan which was very delicious. must tryplaceas their hospitality is also fantastic.

panna niwas is one of the most popular destination in udaipur. terrace view is awsm food quality is delicious. royal retreat in true sense..must visitplacefor sure.

went to panna villas for dinner, waited 2 hours for the mains to get served. we were not even full but couldnt order another round as they would have taken an hour to get us food. the staff was avoiding us and not answering us. the potion sizes are horrible very less food given as compared to prices. do not visit thisplaceor else you’ll be left disappointed.

theplaceoverall is a decent one, a total value for money, food service was well on time though the staff could have been more attentive while providing cutlery to everyone on the table.
