the best sushi in the area! must go.. i have had outstanding experiences at this restaurant. i was a huge siam orchid fan and i also enoyed wabi sabi. i will never go to those places ever again. pacific rim is my new favorite. the service was top notch every time, the food is amazingly delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect and clean. if you don't try this place, you're missing out!

i had saba, cobia, and flounder nigiri and they were perfect. i was hoping to have uni, but it is very seasonal and hard to come by. ever single sushi restaurant i have been too can barely keep it on the sushi bar (especially when its not in season). i had just missed the last peices of the uni just 30 minutes before. meno went out of my way to take my name and phone number to call me when their next order comes in. thats customer service!
i also had the supercrunch and volcano roll - perfect. i have also eaten some off the menu sushi that meno made.... it was to die for. definately order some off the menu sushi and they will make some amazing rolls. everything else i and my company have eaten loved it. not a bad experience yet.

meno and brittany were a pleasure when we were there. kudos to their customer service. i'm in the industry and would be delighted to have staff members that care about their customers like meno and brittany. keep up the good work!

as a special touch, they bring your check out with cotten candy... that was a sweet surprise.

delish! large portion sizes. great prices. nice atmosphere and friendly staff. only sad part is they don't take official reservations and there really isn't a "waiting" area.

pan asian cuisine on the menu. a little bit of everything with some sushi, chinese and thai dishes. there are some unique rolls here i hadn't seen elsewhere with ingredients like conch and such. each roll was ample and fresh tasting. we also had some tempura which was not oily and good crunch.

i had lunch here today. we were quickly seated by the hostess and provided menus. our drink orders were taken promptly by the waitress. the hostess checked back to ensure our drink orders had been taken. service was good.
i decided on the pad thai chicken lunch special which came with egg roll and the soup of the day. today, the soup was hot and sour soup; it came out first and was pretty good. my order of chicken pad thai came out with an egg roll. the egg roll was crispy on the outside and tasty but i think it's time for them to change the oil.
the chicken pad thai was ordered 'regular' and was not spicy at all. i would rate the dish average to good. the serving was larger than i could finish for lunch and i ended up taking half of it home.
in summary, i would rate service good to very good, this visit, and the food as good.

we ordered take out. previous experience were good. seafood fried rice was mushy and had tomatoes and cucumbers on it? nigiri was very thin slices of sushi and lots of rice. coconut shrimp role had vey little shrimp. probably won't be back.

my mother in law and i like to go here for the lunch specials. the portion sizes are the same as dinner but is cheaper. i really like their curry dishes. unfortunately i wanted to bring my father but when we walked in, it smelled like fish. one thing i learned is that fresh fish shouldn't smell like fish. we walked right out. i would be willing to try again and i hope that is was just an off day or something.

absolutely love this place!. jose, roberto, danielle and the whole crew is just amazing. me and my husband look forward to going every week. favorite restaurant. everything fresh, clean, well priced and the customer service is superb. i recommend the ginger salad, volcano chicken and super crunch sushi.

i was a little skeptical when i read the reviews, but my service was excellent and my food came promptly. the duck was tender, although there wasn't much of it. i love my food thai hot, but this was almost too hot. that being said, it was tasty and smothered in veggies and came with soup, rice and a delicious spring roll. i would return.

can't eat here for lunch if you work- an hour is not enough time because it takes so long to get your food. i have tried 3 times. at least they're consistent. disappointing and overpriced.

i liked it a lot! i visited pacific rim this past saturday march 29th early evening. i have an allergy to gluteen so its hard for me going out but my server was very knowledgeable about the menu. i had a spicy tuna salad and special fried rice with gluten free soy sauce my server kindly brought to the table. i will defiantly come back.

horrible service! if you want to go somewhere where the staff is actually nice, don't go here.

hesitant to go with the bad service reviews. no food is worth dealing with unpleasant and i'll informed service staff. i may have to wait and see if reviews improve.

great food and service. they had a good selection on their menu. the waiter was responsive and the food was great. can't wait to go back.

this is only my second time in two years. we ate lunch this time. i had basil fish. the sauce was good but the fish was not crispy.

great sushi, unfortunately we waited an hour and twenty minutes for three rolls.

we went for lunch on my husbands lubch break. we sat for an hour and no food. server kept avoiding our table. when she finally brought food it wasn't what we ordered. the kitchen rushed to throw food in a to-go box for us, and the sauce spilled everywhere in the bag and all over my car. once i finally had a chance to eat, no utensils. did they still charge me full price? yup. no apologies from them.
