oudh 1590 opened a new branch in behala thakurpukur. as usual we had "oudh special mutton raan biryani" , "murgh kundan" and "shahi tukda". all dishes are awesome in taste as expected.

staff behavior , hospitality , ambience,foodquality,foodquantity are great.

recommending every people to visit this place to have unique biryani experience.

visited oudh 1590 behala branch today evening with high expectations. ordered kolkata style chicken biriyani, awadhi murg zafrani and pepsi.foodwas horrible, tasteless and low in portion size. the pepsi was hot and staff didn’t even bother to give ice despite asking for it. the biriyani was too less in portion, the potato had its skin on, the rice was too less and the chicken was plain bland. the awadhi murg zafrani curry was shit with a very bad skinny chicken piece. 1 out of 10. will never go there again or order despite staying nearby.

ordered chicken biryani from oudh 1590. the biryani was literally the worst biryani i have ever had. the potato was undercooked, the spices were very less the rice in the biryani was tasteless. 2 pcs chicken was provided but both chicken were bland in taste. overall highly disappointed by thefoodquality.

people should visit the new outlet. we experienced a very cordial welcome. staffs are very modest and helpful. we liked the ambience.foodquality is awesome. one handi biriyani can easily be shared with two persons. kebabs are simply amazing. it's a must go place for everyone.

went there with 10 persons for dinner, they managed quite well, although it was their 2nd day of opening. the staffs were very cooperative and thefoodwas good as per oudh's standard. highly recommended. the people of thakurpukur finally got a fine dining restaurant.

thefoodwas no doubt good but worst ordering experience. the restaurant was late more than twice the stipulated time. it took 1.5hrs almost forfoodto be prepared where as before ordering it was showing just 40mins.

please improve your customer service ,as besides food, it is the most important aspect we look forward to.
