went lunch on thursday i went inside and asked to sit outside which was all ok got the menus and ordered of the menu was not told of any specials or anything. i ordered the calamari which was not nice very oily and to many burnt cripy bits and not much of it bit plane for what it cost. the person i was with had the fish and chips which was pretty ordinary also. would have been nice to see the specials as i have seen reviews on some of the items on it like the pulled pork burger.

what a little gem. unexpected high service, rockingham is definitely lifting over the last 8 years or so. the menu is short but tasty. i had a perfectly cooked crispy skin salmon simply served with asparagus snowpeas and potato gratin. good choices of wines available. a little too noisy to stay for dessert but all in all a great night.

average taste food with big volume. but love friendly people and cool atmosphere here. you can feel sea breeze from the beach too:)

a very good place with a nice ambience and atmosphere that serves a vast array of filling portions at reasonable prices, optimal hygienic conditions and with a really friendly and professional staff too.

this was an amazing breakfast experience , staff were really friendly and welcoming , i ordered the eggs benedict with a side of mushrooms and my wife ordered the eggs with smashed avacado .
we will certainly be back and we have found a new favourite breakfast destination .the food was amazing and priced really well .portion sizes were generous we could not fault anything and the coffee was nice . everything came out really quick the place was clean and had a really nice atmosphere . i would recommend to anyone to go here for breakfast you’ll be impressed as we were

the food was very nice and food service was prompt. customer service was good bar one waitress, who was rude because we didn’t assume it was table service. there were very rich tones of sarcasm directed at us.

we stopped off here on our way to margaret river. the food was delicious and abundant (smashed pumpkin... amazing!) and the coffee was some of the best i’ve had. would definitely recommend!

great breakfast and staff.

you can tell the melbourne based cooking background. great chest knowledge and experience shows in the food.

great size and quality of the food.

coffee was like a good melbourne coffee.
orange juice in a carafe was fantastic.
lots of specials and juices.

the look of the other meals that went out, looked amazing.

wish this was only around the corner and not 3200 kms away.

a surprise cafe, great coffee and breakfast- good service. parking tricky, but worth walking to. even provides glasses to read your menu. lovely cakes

a friend and i had lunch here today and we were so glad we did. great service and really lovely food. if you are in rockingham for the day definitely go here for lunch. the ravioli with ricotta and mushroom and sage butter and candied walnuts was probably the best ravioli ive ever tasted. the chef is amazing. really worth the money. thanks guys for a lovely meal.

went there with the family for lunch. the wait staff were too busy chatting to their friends to bring a menu, we gave up and went somewhere else.

fantastic service, and love that the menu is a little different from you average cafe. i had a long mac which was spot in perfect 👌🏼. we both enjoyed the bruschetta with mushrooms 🍄. yum .. good prices too .

had brekky at ostro today and chose the quinoa porridge with fruit. it was a bit dissapointing as lacked a lot of flavour and was $15....the fruit on the top wasn't very nice either.
great coffee and service and the savoury breakfasts looked amazing but would not recommend the porridge.

chilli infused scrambled eggs was delicious. the turmeric latte (as hipster as that sounds) was on point. and great service. definitely worth the visit

went with my husband to ostro. directly, service super, food delicious unbelieveable, seeing a waitress we know as owner of the original betty blue. her husband is the chef. no wonder. how we have missed you guys. you're high standards have never left you! see you soon again
