orchid- the multi-cuisine restaurant

thisplaceis located inside the fortune park shismo which is a part of itc hotels. the ambience is top notch over here. the waiters are courteous. although their pricing is really high, you can't complain about it since it's a part of the itc venture.
first i had order chicken steak with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. the quality of chicken was nice but the mashed potatoes lacked the creaminess and the vegetables lacked seasoning.
then i had ordered chicken lasagne which i expected to be good but it tasted quite alright.
overall, it was good food but not that good, with respect to the price you have to pay over there.

for anyone who don't know this was the first star hotel of bhubaneswar it was built around early 70s ,now thisplaceis renovated and it is too classplaceto have finedine experience.
5 star service.

thisplaceis highly recommended for buffet as well as for there mocktails. the courteous staff, ambience and the food was 10/10. every thing is well prepared and well served.

thisplaceis from one of the few places for an affordable buffet .the food quality is very good with excellent ambience.staffs are well mannered.prawn in hunan sauce is a must try there.they too have a long range of desserts which tastes quite well😋.

loved thisplacea lot, friendly environment with great food, lucknow biryani i can say its the best one ,guava mocktail was superb. desserts in buffet were too good ,there was too many varieties.

loved theplaceever since i came to know of it... the ambience is one of the best in bhubaneswar.. food is lovely especially the mutton keema pav... a must visit.. thisplacehas been my regular destination for special occasions,.::

finally a new classyplaceat bhubaneswar. the ambiance speaks a lot about the place. it has a lavish look and truly justifies the itc brand. we all were super impressed by the set up when we came in. being a large group of 14 we decided to settle outside on the rooftop area.

the first look of the buffet spread was decent. it had quite a lot to offer. the most satisfying was the presence of all non veg varieties i.e egg, mutton, chicken, fish and an array of desserts.

even if there were no notable and distinctive preparation to gobble up , all the dishes had certain level of flavor and decency but there is certainly a room for improvement.

the servers were courteous and there was no pointing fingers in the service dept.

will try theplaceagain for ala carte and hopefully the high expectations will be met the 2nd time. certainly have the potential. fingers crossed. cheers.

itc fortune ambience, alcohol rates, food and service all cool. ordered naan, butter tikka masala, biryani and tandoori platter. the tandoori platter and the biryani were the winner no doubt!!!! but sadly they suck at the desert section, i ordered payas which turned out to be a disgustingly fake odia sweet dish. though we went for a la carte, almost all the people were there for the dinner buffet which is priced at 699plus taxes. the staff is extremely courteous, the whole setup is a niceplaceto have a peaceful meal, expect 2k for 2.
