perfect spot for the health conscious or juice fanatics. they offer everything from
juices, to smoothies to lovely vegan salads and sandwiches. the only downfall is the parking.

you feel healthier just by walking through the door, and their juices and smoothies are incredible - and best of all actually good for you. a lot of health smoothies, should actually be called 'we're pretending to be the healthy choice here' smoothies, these ones are the real deal.

if you're looking for something a little more substantial, i am absolutely obsessed with the vegan crush salad, it's completely delicious! they also have a host of treats, from delicious date balls to vegan chocolate mousse - an absolute must try. they also offer juice cleanses - if that's your thing - which i haven't had the chance to try yet, but am definitely looking into!

this is one of those places you'll find any excuse to come back to.

delicious selection of fresh juices and smoothies, as well as vegan treats and other healthy snacks. loses points because take away juices (in plastic bottles) are hellishly pricey.

best berry smoothie i've ever had. (and that's the most important sentence of this review.) it's called the hullabaloo, and it was perfectly smooth and creamy - with none of the sharp sourness that i alway taste in the berry smoothies of most establishments. it was absolutely delicious, and the friendly staff whipped it up super quickly from fresh ingredients. i'm impressed - and keen to try some of their "real" food now!

the range of juices here is amazing! i've had some really awesome combinations that leave me feeling so refreshed in the middle of hot cape town summer. this spot is a welcome break from coffee to start off a long day the right way.

if you love your fresh juices, then this is the place for you! from fresh fruit to vegetables to vitamins, orchard is a great juice bar for on the move clients or those who wish to sit the vibe is fab and very friendly.

i had the recharge - it was delicious! tomatoes and bell peppers with oranges. "exuberance" is another great option! definitely the best on long street, light food, lovely atmosphere and leaves you feeling great!
