personality plus!. i live near opa! and was happy to give it a try after seeing all the wonderful reviews. we walked in and were immediately greeted with a loud opa! the tables were filled and we saw an "order here" sign so hoped a table might free up while we ordered. seems there are 2 lines which works if you are aware of that, but as the only ones at that point at the counter we didn't realize we should order from the table once seated as the order here was for take out. that faux pas seemed to causegreatconfusion in our receiving the food, however the staff were friendly and personable and the apologies appreciated. i tried the gyro which was a nice size and full of flavor, though not sure i'd order it again. in fact as we ate i was pretty sure i'd not return. then a lovely woman came to apologize again and offered us dessert to make amends. she brought us baklava and the cheesecake and both were amazing. her sincerity and incredible desserts turned me around and i will certainly return for more dessert and espresso. and be aware, everyone else's food came out very quickly - we were obviously an exception to the norm there.,
