delicious dishes, some quite exotic. presentation was beautiful, to add to the experience.staffwas on point with their service. ambience is delightful and perfect for a date.

manager was extremely rude and she ruined my valentine's dinner. avoid at all cost.
food was okay and the drinks were okay too. rest of thestaffwas courteous too.

i was bitterly disappointed and will not be coming back any time soon.

for drinks, we ordered a glass of riesling and a london tea, the latter being a gin-based cocktail containing ginger ale, tonic, lime juice, rosemary, and earl grey tea. i have attached a photo of what i was served, which i am convinced was a bombay orange - another cocktail on the menu that was almost entirely orange-based, with orange bitters, zest, lime juice. i say this because my drink tasted of little other than orange, but on bringing this to the notice of thestafftwice, i was met with defensiveness and a dismissive attitude. i was told that the orange in my drink was merely garnish, despite it being the only flavour. safe to say, for the price i paid, i was extremely disappointed.

as for the food, the brie en croute was sufficiently inventive and tasty. however, the chicken espetada was a repurposed tandoori chicken. it tasted of little else and was served with one accompaniment while the menu promised two. for mains, we ordered the salmon, which was little more than a nondescript fish with an ordinary sauce. the pork was significantly better, but was much too little to save what was overall a bitterly disappointing experience.

perhaps it is time for olive to reconsider their menu and service standards. at this price, one expects perfection. as things stand, they are way, way off the mark.

i had been to this place with my sister on lunch. we loved the greek style interiors. the food was great. in desserts, tiramisu which was the best. we also had veg quiche and pasta. food was the tastiest and thestaffwere polite too. i would love to visit this place again.

like yautcha i did jump not once but thrice after knowing olive existence in bangalore .
olive has the best food , best wines, best ambience and fantasticstaffthence overall ,everything best .
we booked a table after reaching we were being told it was fully packed ,we waited for a while and still couldn’t get the table as it was too busy in spite of booking in advance , in consequence manager invited us to the bar and offered the drinks on the house . this small gesture makes me visit this place again and again.thereafter he escorted us to one of the best table outside .

from ravioli to prawns to risotto , they make everything fantastic.
lovely wines - i am a big red wine lover and enjoyed one of the smoothest .
my love for this place has always grown and hopefully will keep growing.

this restaurant is only meant for talking pictures. the food taste is surprisingly below average, and is way overpriced. thestaffor chef doesn't know what it takes to give a great customer service. ordered the veg platter and supreme pizza. any homemade pizza will be better than this. i'm surprised how are they serving such poor quality food. the pizza base, sauce, toppings don't complement and taste like eating rubber with some sauce. the veg platter is comple bland and they serve hilariously small portions of food, which has no taste and flavors don't compliment the service is really slow. they don't really care about your time. it comes across as like they are doing a huge favor by providing you food that has no flavor or taste. the price for what a customer is paying is definitely not what you get to eat. only go to this place if you want to just sit in their insta worthy ambience and don't wish to eat. really disappointed with the food!!! regret visiting this place, complete waste of money and time.

we ordered two sangrias and one platter as a starter thinking of ordering other things in main course. however, thestafftook approximately one hour to serve us one of the sangrias and the starter. we asked theirstaffseveral times that what is taking so long for the platter and sangria to be prepared. at first, they did not tell us and kept saying that it’ll be served in sometime but finally one of theirstaffmembers told us that the platter was mistakenly served to some other table. also, the platter was below average in taste. on top of it, thestaffcharged us a ‘10% service charge’ - quite gutsy i would say.

i’ve been to olive goa which was an amazing experience and therefore had similar expectations from olive bangalore. but, we were completely disappointed that after waiting for one hour for the starters, we didn’t have the courage to order the main course.

please go to olive bangalore only if you are patient enough to wait for one hour for every dish from the time you order it. 😅

i would have not written this review if the the sevice did not hit so low - i decided to spend the 6 k for table for two booked in advance for a special day . -

1 ) we were half an hour early and got a seat after 50 min of the alloted confirmed time .
2) for all every course meal served there was a gap of 40 to 45 min .
3) the prawns cooked had spiked amount of pepper , which would not be served had we not reminded that they forgot to serve .
4 ) we were also alloted seats next to all the used plates and glasses and inspite of telling four diffrentstaffthe service stayed at 40 to 45 min delayed . i also asked thestaffwhat's the issue - i hope i was not rude , cause the evening was spoiled and no one from the management wanted to do or say anything . thestaffagreed and said i know it was unfair. complete waste of money , people , my time . owner hope u are listening .

worst service, worst staff, they made us to wait for 1.5 hours and after when we got the table , the staf took half an hour to come and one of worst experience i have why the hell i choose to go for dinner here on valentine's day eve. most horrible service, if you want to have nice time with your love, refrain from going to this crappy place, never recommend anyone, thestaffis very incompetent

i used to olive.. but after this visit i may not go back till some corrections are done or i hear about it done. starters : prawns pil pil : 10/ 10. calamari fritters : 8/10. pork main course : 4/ 10. lamb shoulder main course 6/10. pork menu said crispy skin. but it was not there. pork was thready and not juicy . also the combination with green. read palak is not so great. lamb shoulder in a complex sauce. sauce is good lamb was again chewy and not falling off the bone. ambience of course is good . great out door seating lighting etc. but at end of the day if you are going for food then its a problem if yiu order those main courses mentioned.. servicestaffis good. one thing they need to do it add a wine glass cover because leaves keep falling on the wine. at the end of the meal i was having wine with dry leaves. hope they improve..

olive has the most beautiful decor and is perfect for a romantic date night. it's a huge place with some great food and cocktails. thestaffis friendly. looking forward to visiting again!

really had a horrible experience. i had a prior booking and they made us wait for 30 minutes post reaching . we got a table after we scolded them and that too a makeshift arrangement. we paid 6k for valentine's dinner and it was a absolute disaster . we really felt absolutely horrendous . the ladystaffwas the worst . we made a complete disaster by booking this place . realised that they were just booking to make money that day and was a complete waste of our time and money . i won't go here again

we choose this place on the basis of online rating as it was showing top romantic place for valentine day, we had high expectation from this place, since it was a valentine day traffic was in pick, after travelling two hours as we entered they immediately asked for cover charge , they havenot gave a moment to take breath also, never the less we paid and took our seat. in term of ambience its good, in terms of food not tasty addon quantity is not sufficient. they are so lost and have absolutely no idea how to interact with the guests carrying no care attitude.staffdidn’t look very proactive nor happy to any request. pls improve the user experience!
