mother's day brunch of horror. i was the worst time i have ever had at this place. the service was terrible, our waitress was so rude that she didn't even try to hide that she was flustered and irritated with all the tables she was servicing, and when you think of if, all she had to do is serve drinks!! since we all had to serve ourselves!!! ..... the food.... what food??? the selection was marginal at best, and we only had a chance to try a few things as they ran out of food!!! who runs out of food at a buffet??? oh, and the best for last... i called the manager to our table, and she never even bother to come!! what do you call that???.... it was sad to have paid $40.00 for the worst experience ever... and the fact that i chose that place to take my mom out for mother's day... really sad . :(

really a shame.  having so much trouble setting up a funeral reception for my mother at the restaurant that she loved.  every request has been a problem.  the event is this weekend, but from all the barriers i'm afraid it will not go well.  i'm so sad.  i really wanted this to be a celebration of my mother's life.

was planning a dinner for my wedding celebration here and they staff was very rude to our guest. they called us multiple times trying to get us on a set menu and told our guest we weren't going to sit together and the food was going to take a really long time. when we first called for our reservations we told the staff we were going to have a large guest list and they had no problem with it. after being harassed multiple times we decided to take our celebration to another location that was more professional and with better customer service. when we called to cancelled our guest list the restaurant receptionist was very happy. we asked to speak to stephanie, who is management and she was unavailable at the time when the receptionist told her it was us. next time you want to plan an event here think twice.

amazing view and great food. we had a company function at the odyssey. the main course and the dessert were superb. great place to celebrate a special event.

from the personality and smiles when we checked in to the server to the food......it was awesome. selection of the brunch assortment was spectacular. the service was great. we are always happy at the odyssey. but, father's day was a very special day and that is because of the "whole package". thanks odyssey for making father's day special.

delicious!. we had a great dinner celebrating two birthdays and an early father's day. we had the salmon, scampi, top sirloin, and appetizers. everyone loved their food and the service was great!

very dissappointing..... sorry to say, but what a complete dissappointment this restaurant was.

yes, the view is spectacular, but that's where i think the restaurant is trying to rest on their laurels. the decor needs some urgent attention, from the dirty carpets, the dated and poor decor, to general look of uncleanliness, i felt like i was in something from the 70's.

food-wise, unfortunately also dissappointing. my main meal was warm at best and the service was inattentive. again, credit where credit is due, the chocolate lava cake desert is spectacular.

to the manager in charge of this restaurant - there is so much potental, but we left with a huge feeling of "no one really cares.."

easter sunday brunch a bust. i agree with all that said we were very disappointed.

enough said.

easter brunch. very disappointing overall. a lot of missing items we come to love at this type of buffet. i.e. eggs benedict it was m.i.a. what eggs that were there we watery. the "excuse" was we are very busy. @ $40 a pop plus tax and gratuity....it's hard to buy into that....we did get to see the easter bunny for a few seconds.... then he went hippity-hopping somewhere never to been seen again....photographer took some pis and said he'd be back in about 5min....30 min later, we left.

m&m adham. we were so disappointed .we were looking forward to have a beautiful night wih a couple of our friends but as it turned out a huge fiasco.we booked ahead but had to wait 30 mn. and apparently they forgot a/b us so we had to go to the desk and remind them we are here.finaly we get the table and had to wait 1 hour before getting served.my husband had to call the manager and complain.the manager's excuse was that they unexpectedly had a party of thirty people.the food's quality was less then expected.we were served the wrong salads.it was a sham.all they could offer that night is a view,but you can't enjoy a view when you are hungry.so we decided never again.

great. i always have a great time for sunday brunch bartenders are great now they made a few changes. i have been coming here for years my favorite brunch place. am there so much they should hire me lol.

fantastic evening. my best friend who i have not seen for 5 years came to visit from the east coast. her first night here, i took here to the odyssey because i wanted to take her somewhere relaxing, pleasant, inviting, yummy, and obviously, i wanted her to see view. my goodness, the odyssey was this and more! from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it was a wonderful experience and i can't wait to do it again. for our appetizer, we ordered the sample platter so we could have a little bit of everything, i wanted our girls night to be filled with a variety of food! there were spicy peppers that were flavorful and that little kick of spicy was perfect. i especially liked the artichoke hearts and the dipping sauce for them. i think it was a chipotle sauce? there was buffalo shrimp, calamari, and yummy beef skewers with veggies soaked in some kind of meat sauce. it was so perfect. i ordered the seared ahi tuna. it was absolutely delicious. i want it again just thinking about it. it came with black thai rice and veggies and was surrounded with this delicious white sauce. the sauce complimented it so well; i asked for more! it was seared to perfection and the cut was perfect. i applaud the chefs. meal experience was amazing. service was very good, i didn't once think about it because she was on top of everything! the dessert was presented beautifully; our server brought them out on a big tray and placed it on a stand it front of us so that we could choose. we ordered the chocolate lava cake with a side of ice cream, superb suggestion by our waitress! it was delectable. we also shared one of the odyssey's special drinks, the tiramisu martini, with our dessert and that was very good as well. all in all, we had a great time and i will be back more often. i used to come here for holidays but began traveling. i forgot how awesome this place was. must visit!!!!

jim. worst dinning experiance we've ever had and paid almost $200.00 to endure it. stay away, stay away.

dissapointment. this is the last year we will be atending the holiday buffet at the odyseey. the selection of food was very poor. the dessert table was not replenished and was not kept clean. the service was ok even though out waiter was freindly. it was simply dissapointing and it get worse each year. we have been going for about 12 years and this year is probably going to be our last. we need to find a new restaurant to accomodate us for the holidays.

very disappointed. we, (party of 35),reserved our 2013 office christmas luncheon at the odyssey, as we had a pleasant experience in the past.
unfortunately, we experienced poor service (very slow), and food quality was not what we were used to from the restaurant.
we were seated for about 20 minutes without any server coming over to ask about our beverage choice. a couple of staff had to go to the front and request service. the two servers seemed overwhelmed serving more than one group, and, therefore, we received very slow service.
needlessto say, staff was disappointed.
odyssey will not be on our choice list for our 2014 christmas luncheon.
