this place is a winner for family lunches! been here twice now, one for a family lunch and another for a kiddies 1 year birthday party. beautiful set up with a great outside area which has a play area and activities centre to keep the kids busy. being part of the mythos group, food is delicious and fresh! this place also does some really yummy pizza in addition to the traditional greek food! must visit.

food better than the mythos at mall of africa. service ok. nice area for kids to play. did not like the table outside the washrooms. people walking in & out past the table- absolutely grated my nerves😬

currently exploring greek restaurants; and guys, they’ve been giving me life!!! nostimo is a beautiful family restaurant! kids playing, several birthday and life celebrations going on! i absolutely love it.

the sardines here are a winner, but you must be absolutely patient as they are ‘boney’
they deliver on flavor, which is an important part of any eating experience, yes? the veggie pizza is also a winner, fact that it has artichoke had my taste buds dancing!

all in all, this really is a beautiful place to gather with family and friends for easy sunday relaxation. well worth the spend!

also, go for the mezes, that way you get a taste of everything, and the friends that don’t like sharing their food don’t have a choice but to share, 😏

this is a such a great family restaurant. i understand the struggle of finding restaurants that can keep your kids entertained and still offer you good food. well nostimo does not disappoint there is a great kiddies play area with pottery painting and a jungle gym as well as child minders. the food was good i especially enjoyed the spanakopita and their menu caters not only for a greek palette but for your kiddies pizza loving taste as well. the wait staff are attentive and helpful and the decor is modern and clean. all in all a lovely experience

great tasting food and a variety on the menu. the setting is pretty and it's open, so great during he day. we had gone for lunch.
it's a family restaurant so it can be rather noisy with kids about.
3 star because the service wasn't up to scratch.
kept having to look for our waitress. they seem to just stand huddled in one corner chatting and not paying attention. that was very disappointing.

went for dinner with family. the service was good and the waiters were attentive. the manager even came and checked on us during our meal. my parents ordered line fish of the day and was very impressed with the way it was cooked. the rest of us had vegetarian mezes and musaka. the meze was great. the musaka was very average though. all in all, the experience was great and i would definitely return for another meal. ps they also have a kids play area which would definitely be great during the day.

venue is amazing and open. food is great. waiters offered you to chop and change things on the platter. play area for kids. food was well priced and yummy. portion sizes are good. definitely worth a try.

we ordered 4 main courses while 3 of the main courses came whilst we were still eating starters, the 4th main course arrived over 25 minutes later. there was barely an apology from the manager. unacceptable! no one asked about our meal. will not return

love the feel of this restaurant and the buzz on this friday afternoon was nice. our party of three decided to try the lunch specials. t-bone steak with chips and a stella for r99 and the rump and chips for r69 ... our first round of steaks all arrived overdone but was promptly replaced. the rumps where delicious juicy and tender (really well worth it) but i tried abit of the t-bone and thought it was really chewy. service was not bad, but not great either. frozen margarita and the crispy squid heads where amazing !!

pretty close to perfection as far as greek food goes! outstanding menu choices and a selection of ice cream delicious enough to bring out one's inner child at the very sight of it. have been several times and the food has been consistently top notch.

i ordered sushi rainbow and california rolls. the rolls came looking like maki rolls, covered with seaweed. i asked why it looks like that because i didn't order maki. i was unceremoniously told (in a rude and dismissive tone) by the manager;

that's how we serve it here!!,
maki rolls are smaller than this,
we've been serving it like that for 3 years and no one ever complained.

and he walked away...

the first and second time i went, everything was fine. this is the third time and unfortunately the last time i go there.

if the world serves something one way and you decide to change it, don't be surprised if people ask questions.

i went during lockdown after restaurants were allowed to open.the staff were amazing.it was clean and covid-safe and the food was really great and fresh.

this place has a captive audience as it’s right on waterfall estate’s doorstep, and a great playground for kids. we go there often and will be back, but i’d love to enjoy an improved experience. the service is so slow. the waiters are very friendly but not attentive. the restaurant can be quiet and the food will still take over 30 minutes to arrive. i have had their sushi twice and both times it was stodgy, the pieces are not bite size and the batter on the tempura prawns was chewy and doughy not light and crispy.
