while inportlandchecking out some of the city's many food trucks and carts, i noticed a particular cart that had a line clearly longer than everyone else. it was a very simple cart, no fancy paint job, but with a huge line so i was intrigued and had to check it out. they offer one thing on the menu, khao man gai, a dish of thai chicken and rice served with soybean sauce and a side of soup.
