nix restaurant. we had started going tonixabout a year ago, and were eating there about 4 or 5 nights a week spending approximately $100/ week. i liked the baked chicken pot pie on fridays, but they sold out quick. they told me i could call and put my name on a list and they would save me one. i called one monday to reserve one for friday. we arrived at the restaurant about 5:30 pm and placed our order with our waitress. another regular customer that had been coming there longer than us came in about 5:45 pm, and their waitress came out and looked at the woman, and said, "oh, i know you want the chicken pot pie." well, a few minutes later our waitress came out and said, "we are out of the chicken pot pie." i said, well i called monday to have one reserved. she checked and came back and told me that they put my name on the wrong side of the board. a few minutes later, the other waitress came out bringing the lady that came in after us and after we had placed our order with a chicken pot pie for her. by right, i should have gotten that pot pie. it was as plain as the nose on your face exactly what took place. needless to say, we haven't been back since. i guess our money isn't good enough, and they don't need or want our business!
