great fare.

randomly walked into this place while roaming around in the mall. i'm glad i did.

we ordered a few coffees and a couple of snacks. the mushroom cheese bruschetta was more like a pizza (toppings on bread which is then grilled) and it was absolutely lip-smacking - mushroom-lovers' paradise. the garlic and cheese bread was equallygood- crispy bread and oodles of cheese. my hazelnut cappuccino was perfectly balanced while my friends too enjoyed their drinks. i tried the americano my friend was having and for some reason, it was scalding hot. strange.

the service was quick and efficient and the ambiance is relaxed. 

great place for somegoodfood and conversation.

nik baker's has always been on the top of my list . i have explored most of the stuff they serve.
i really love their red velvet cake. they servegoodshakes and smoothies. i tried their grilled sandwich , and it was not worth 220 bucks.

ps : i have started feeling that there some places which serve better desserts at comparitively lower prices.

a place is over rated but definitely not disappointing .. ! the food is ofgoodquality and serves a lot of variety .! my cousins have been addicted to this .. we literally parcel cookies to them from this place :)

simple but dope cold coffee

had agoodand humble cold coffee after a long time.
since it was not allowing me to post a review in less than 140 words, hence i had to write this

complete value for money place, the place is simple and nice i loved their smoothies!!!! was at chandigarh for official purpose so made sure to visit the popular mall and get my self some quick bites...on the whole it is agoodplace

we ordered a veg club grilled sandwich, hangover smoothie and a cold coffee. there is no doubt the food wasgoodbut the sitting arrangement could have been better as the sofa’s are not much comfortable. and also the way they are arranged, it doesn’t allow you to talk to another person without being loud.

went to the elante outlet!! ambience was reallygoodand it's an amazing place to have tasty pancakes !! blueberry pancakes are must have! 😋😋

cake was not ingoodshape very disappointed with your service spoiled the whole celebration

this is a place for that two-three person meals where you want to talk, and discuss stuff; when there is some catching up to do. the ambience is steady, which is agoodthing i guess. but with a homegrown brand like nik, i expected a unique crafty interior for every outlet. the food is good, the bakery is marvellous. i love when the pastry is light. agoodthing is that the portions are big enough for the kind of money they charge. all in all, one of the finest bakeries in town.

ordered waffle with whipped cream, belgian chocolate and bananas, and cheese garlic bread which is my favorite order whenever i'm in nik's. the food quality was amazing! waffles were crisp from the outside and soft from the inside as it should be.. the bread was flavouful with melted cheese on top!
overall the food was excellent!
however the service was little lousy and i received incomplete order and no one cleaned the table for a long time after we sat there.
i can understand it was saturday evening rush, and overall the experience wasgoodand waffles were great.. going again!

ordered one kg red velvet cake and the pricing are reasonable.

quality of cake wasgoodwith nice presentation.

service was also good.

ambience was nice and quite busy.

recommended for cake lovers.

i would love to try more options.

i visited this place and placed an order of my favorite mud cake which is their bestseller. and it was really really very tasty i loved it. i got the real taste. the price was ok! no words to say!!! staff wasgoodand about the environment of cafe is very good. decor is nice. food is given ingoodquantity and quality. their presentation is also appreciable.so i would love to prefer my family and friend to visit here as i do it most often..

taste was ok notgoodas it was in previous times.
more over it was tilted toward one side.

i ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday. i expected zomato to do agoodjob. however, the cake was a complete mess when it reached the destination. i expected a better service from your company. the delivery boy should have been careful enough to takegoodcare of the product. very disappointing.

i was a hardcore fan of nik baker’s. it was my all time favourite since last 6 years but today i visited nik after long time with high expectations, however, it ended with a disappointment.

1. i ordered‘all veggie’ pizza...disappointed
too basic pizza being served with highly dull presentation for approx ₹350. i think one can cook a better pizza at home.
other food brands are doing amazing job...please go and try oven fresh’s pizza, backpacker’s pizza, etc...may be you will get some idea!!

2. service was quiet poor....1 fork and 1 knife is being given to 2 people. i think it’s common sense that 2 people will require 2 folks and 2 knives.
not only this....neither oregano nor chilli flakes served with pizza!!
furthermore, only 2 sauce pouches given with 2 items...a grilled sandwich and a pizza!!

these are very basic things which are not expected from a verygoodbrand like nik baker’s!!

3. quantity was very less as compared to the price.

4. i think dine in hot coffee can be served in ceramic cups rather than paper cups....it adds to the presentation and the enjoyment of drinking
it.

in nutshell, you have lost a loyal customer. nevertheless, you can still work on your dishes, presentation, quantity and innovation/creativity so that your restaurant does not get out of the race with other best performing restaurants.
