unbelievably good.home cooked fresh extremely tasty food within a very reasonable budget. we ordered mix veg sabzi,sev tamatar sabji,rice,roti,dal tadka,salad. all this for 2 people cost less than 600.its tasty but not oily and they customise the spice as per requirement.do not go expecting a great ambience here as it is a very simple place.also, you have to climb some stairs to reach the rooftoprestaurantlike most other rooftop restaurents in udaipur.though do not go expecting a view on top. cooking time is 15-20 mins as they make it fresh.if you are staying in udaipur for a few days and are tired of the oily food at restaurants,this is the perfect place to have some wholesome home cooked food.

we were staying near lake pichola, gangaur ghat when we found this restaurant.
thisrestaurantis simply amazing, food very good and tasty.
feels like home when we eat at neelam.
the only thing i would want to add if i could is more options and more dishes in menu.

everything in the menu tastes very very good.
we have had almost every item from manu, starting with parathas to thali :)

price is very reasonable.
i will recommend thisrestaurantif you want to have stomach full tasty food.

i have been so many times here, the food andrestaurantwas amazing, i had try parantha, lassi, mantar paneer and roti, everything was perfect. everyone should try amazing food.....

sometimes we tend to find few places out of nowhere, which in the end turns out to be our best catch. neelamrestaurantis one of the catch that we made on an early morning as we arrived in udaipur. it’s an amazing vegetarian family ownedrestaurantwith simple décor, and all the meals are prepared by the owner (aunty) herself, and served by her husband. as, the food is homemade, hence quality is never compromised.

although, you need to pass through narrow staircase towards the second floor where therestaurantis located, but in the end you will always be satisfied with the quality of food offered by them at reasonable rates.

i would recommend this food joint to all the travelers and persons who would like to savor the homemade food when away from their home.

this place is inconspicuously located in the center of the city at the prime location near gangaur ghat. they offer delicious homemade food at prices well below what other rooftop restaurants offer in the surrounding location. therestaurantowner is very kind and offers any guidance you require for traveling around udaipur. we ordered bhindi fry, dal tadka, gatte ka sabzi, steam rice, and roti. they also offer thali for 150 bucks. this is a must visit during lunch time and offers decent view of the gangaur ghat area.

amazing vegetarian family ownedrestaurantwith simple decor. literally the mother cooking in the kitchen and the boy taking the orders. price is also very good with 2 people full for only 320 rupee with drinks.
