nagameez....yes the name is enough to tell its features. located in silpukhuri with beautiful interiors. the food quality is superb. though the rate is comparatively higher but value for money. they should add akhuni chutney too in naga thali.

been here couple of times whenever i am in guwahati.
awsome food...great ambience....the smell of bamboo shoot just when you enter the resturant gives you a hint of the awsomeness to be served on your plate.
if you want to try authentic naga food, this is the place to be.
caution:- expect the food to be hot...i mean really hot.

naga kitchen was a recommendation from assameese friends to taste it. this restaurant is just usual ambiance. menu had some images of naga culture which drew my attention. we ordered for chicken dumplings, rice, smoked pork in naga curry and one special chutney made of small dried fishes. overall dumplings were fanstastic, curry was really tasty and pork was evenly cooked. i might prefer a more deep cooking of the meat compared to what i tasted there.
didn't have any cherishable memories to carry forward. seems one time try for me.

had wonderful dried pork here, i must say it should be the best one i've ever had in guwahati. the ambiance is decent and formal. service is good and staff is hostile. overall experience was above expected level. one should surely try it if you want to bade your share in naga food

naga? nah. cheap? nah. tasty? nah. honestly if you try their main course thalis which they say is true nagameze then you will know that its not actually nagameze. its a mix of mongolian and chinese. the rest of the menu is almost good though.

awesome food and ambience. i had ordered non veg naga thali which was great and even the momos tasted awesome, however price is on the higher side. that is definitely an area of concern. further the placement of the washroom is also unhygienic as you could smell the stink.

at the foremost i want to say that this review is about the nagameez restaurant at jayanagar near nerim. i think it is a branch of the main one. the food here is super awesome and i never tire of their lip smacking smoked chicken n pork! have eaten here around 3-5 times and each time is a better experience..just love the food. but we would be super happy if they would increase the space!

if at all, you like to explore naga cuisine, nagameez is the one to try out. their chicken fried rice and the succulent pork gravy is a must try.

starting with a piquant tamarind juice...moderate taste....following that...veg naga thali enriched with different naga pickle , dry fish naga dal boiled veggie , and above all the naga pork curry with lai xaak(seasonal).a perfectly maintained ,scented meals for us...service is prompt , behaviour is moderate,intramural srtucture is in vogue..

the best place to have ethnic food. the quality of the food is amazing and you will love the freshness of everything they use. wonderful place for pork lovers. you would get a nice amount for everything you pay. the smoked pork with akhuni and anishi is a must try
