one star for the food, two stars for the staff
food was quite below average, to be honest. the staff was great, friendly and were genuinely interested in taking our feedback. service was quick.
we ordered -
1) zafrani tikka - bonelesschickentikka topped with weird yellow coloured mayonnaise. please avoid. the mayonnaise was a weird colour and there was so much of it that you couldn't really taste thechickenunderneath it. the tikkas in themselves were quite dry.
2) butterchickenand tandoori roti (wish they had roomali roti on their menu) - butterchickenwas cooked in paneer masala gravy and there were just a few "shreds" ofchickenin there. nothing like the delhi style butterchickenwe had hoped for ☹️
the tandoori roti was quite rubbery.
not too happy about the overall experience. would not really recommend this place.
other features:
place is big, open, family friendly, plenty of parking. but the walk from parking to the eatery is very muddy in monsoons.
