we stumbled upon this place by chance 15 minutes before opening our fast. the restaurant was full and turned us away politely. however, they had an end moment cancellation and the restaurant staff “maclean” (hope got his name correct) came running all the way (good 2 -3 minutes away) to inform us that there was a table available.
the iftar buffet is priced at 39dhs and their spread is amazing! we had peanut chat (amazing), pakoras (hot fresh and not oily), kababs, mutton biryani (amazing) and this is just to list a few. in fact there is not one thing in their menu which i can say was not nice. they had dahi puri and pani puri as well in addition to drinks. a 5 star to thefoodand value for money.
though the iftar crowd dwindled by 8:30 / 9, we sat ordering chai and coke and sat almost till 9 45. the staff never once made us feel that we need to leave. a 5 star ⭐️ to the staff (all of them) to make us feel welcome - very polite, courteous and friendly. a definite must visit spot.
