i had personally went to the bakery to order the cake on 3rd nov which was to bedeliveredon 4th. the cake was supposed to have "happy birthday" written on an eatable sugar sheet as explained to me by the manager. he even charged us extra for that. but the final product we got was totally opposite of what was promised. i felt cheated. even small bakeries do better job than this. you all can see they have literally printed it on the paper and attached it on the cake. the fact that they charged us extra for the sugar sheet. totally unprofessional and unacceptable from the renowned bakery like danbro. it's literally cheating your customer that too when it was ordered personally not even online. they have been increasing the price of the items and degrading the services. seems like along with changing the name they have also changed their ethics.
