delivery was good but the biryani was really bad. it was like north indian biryani, i love moti mahalfoodbut not gonna eat biryani there ever again

don’t order from moti mahal, worst restaurant here in dhm. they don’t even consider any request about thefoodpreparation. the biryani i ordered was bland and oily.

orderingfoodfrom moti mahal delux, through zomato turned out to be a nightmare, thefoodwas nowhere close to the quality they serve in there restaurant. thefoodcame in boxes which didn't even have moti mahals name written,no bill was given. i am not sure if zomato actually got thefoodfrom moti mahal or gave us something from any hopeless restaurant in town and charged according to moti mahal menu.
we all gotfoodpoisoning after eating this food.

thefoodwas quite nice but the overall management was very poor.....the restaurant was very understaffed........the restaurant is inefficient of serving many people at once.......thefoodwas delicious......but the staff was so less that there was no one to even serve water......the staff was exploited and one waiter was acting as a bartender also......i was highly disappointed as this was not the standard expected from moti mahal....
