really disappointing....it was frozen chicken with bad quality rice...it wasn't basmati rice...no taste at all and too oily..worst thing i ever had in the name of biryani... horrible

don’t order from moti mahal, worst restaurant here in dhm. they don’t even consider any request about the food preparation. the biryani i ordered was bland and oily.

pineapple raita was disappointing as curd consistency was equal to water..pics attached..keema naan could have been better if more stuffing have been done.. but lasooni fish was outstanding..

ordering food from moti mahal delux, through zomato turned out to be a nightmare, the food was nowhere close to the quality they serve in there restaurant. the food came in boxes which didn't even have moti mahals name written,no bill was given. i am not sure if zomato actually got the food from moti mahal or gave us something from any hopeless restaurant in town and charged according to moti mahal menu.
we all got food poisoning after eating this food.

the food was quite nice but the overall management was very poor.....the restaurant was very understaffed........the restaurant is inefficient of serving many people at once.......the food was delicious......but the staff was so less that there was no one to even serve water......the staff was exploited and one waiter was acting as a bartender also......i was highly disappointed as this was not the standard expected from moti mahal....
