this place is cash only. i didn't have cash so i was going to walk out. another patron offered to pay for my lunch. instead of paying her back, she told me to pay it forward. mysandwichand beet juice was amazing! would definitely come back.

i don't get it.... i don't get places like this, the food and service are so mediocre that they make my kitchen fare seem like a michelin star meal.

i got a tunasandwichfor 7 bucks. i doubt it was worth half the price. they didn't dry the tuna one bit so i ended up with fish juice on my wool dress. lovely.

will never return and will dissuade people from going there.

probably the single greatest breakfastsandwichspot in the city. there are two must haves: the classic blt with aoli and homemade ketchup (trust me it is the bomb) and the monday a brie, bacon and caramalized onion flavour explosion. cash only, and the cofffee is top notch.
