love it!!. moore dessert is, with no doubt, the best!! their cupcakes are outstanding. and i mean all of them. i have tried several, and every time i need to place an order, it.s hard to choose what i want. they also have the best brownies i've ever had. not to mention the cakes and the apple crisp. every day they create a new flavor. i absolutely love this place!!!!

best cupcakes in all of the ohio! it disturbs me to hear some of the complaints that people i would say.. especially the 1 too much frosting.. wipe it off.. the smell of sweet sugar.. it's a bakery.. what do they want to smell.. and if they do smell the cleaner at least they know you're clean.. that's just some of the complaints that i have about the complainers.. you guys are very generous to offer a free cupcake.. so i am thinking these people absolutely adore your cupcakes who would not and just want a free ones because they are so good.. keep up the good work.. because i really was giving up trying to find a cupcake good enough to eat around here and you guys went above and beyond my expectations of a excellent cupcake..i think you will have your own tv show and you will be come the most popular cupcake people in america.. keep up the good work!

great cupcakes. best cupcakes in dayton. i went with the two highly recommended flavors, the carrot and red velvet. amazing! the cake is definitely fresh and from scratch, and the icing is unlike any buttercream i've tasted. i have to say, some of the negative reviews i read below just aren't accurate nor honest. these cupcakes are a must try! keep up the good work

what happened to the flavor?. just wondering do you taste your cupcakes before you put them out to sell? purchased 4...carrot,sweet potato,chocolate and vanilla. i must say they were bad.i have gotten better at grocery stores. i won't be back, too many other great places to spend my $$$$.

disappointed. saw them on cupcake wars and thought i should support a local business, was very disappointed. the staff was talking on the phone and acted as though i was interrupting them. the cupcakes,purchased a total of 6 , all tasted the same-as thought they were made out of the same mix. too much icing and the frosted sugar cookies looked like the type we got from gfs for a school fundraiser---tasted like them as well. maybe since they are new, i will have to give them some time to get things together. left wondering if they just jumped on the cupcake craze w/o really understanding the importance of quality and customer service.

it's okay. cute little place. the cupcake icing taste greasy and the cupcake itself is okay, nothing to write home about. rather tasteless, but cute. if you are looking for looks, go for it, taste--well, i won't be going back.

mediocre and over priced. the cake part was ok but way to much icing. (had to scrape half of it off) i expected better for the price. $2.50 for a dang cupcake? i think ele in west carrollton is much better and half the price.

we loved it!!! we tried the pumpkin cheese cake and the turtle sundae! both were awesome. frosty was perfect and the cupcake was moist. we will be back!

pretty good. so i love the actual cake part of the chocolate cupcakes. the times i have had it it has been super moist and it really tastes homemade. the part i'm not so crazy about it the frosting. when you walk in the place has a strange smell...almost like a mix of sugar and chemicals, which the frosting tastes exactly like the smell which is a little odd to me. and all the frosting flavors taste pretty much the same. i would like to see a frosting that had at least half the sugar so you could taste more of a butter or chocolate flavor. but, i would still rather have these cupcakes over anything out of a box and the flavors are creative (i've tried chocolate oreo, chocolate mint oreo, nutella, blueberry pie, red velvet, chocolate peanut butter, plain chocolate and vanilla). it is definitely worth trying.

hidden charm. were heading to a venue 5 miles away, so opted to stop even though it was already late in the day. the shop is extremely empty besides a small gelato cooler. the girl behind the counter was very pleasant and it was quite refreshing. there were five flavors still remaining for the day, so we took one of each. must say that the blueberry cupcake was delicious! some of the cakes were more moist than others, but the icing was consistent on all of them. wasn't gritty or overly sweet. we would definitely return if in the area.

over and under. the shop and the decorations were lovely,. however, a business' success is based on its products. in my opinion, the cupcake wasn't moist enough -- possibly over baked. the icing was under whipped (still gritty); i like icing creamy and smooth.

horrible!!!!!!!!. ordered a cake 6 months before we needed it. throughout the 6 months she didn't contact us about how the designing of the cake was going. we tried to call her within the fianl week that we needed the cake and she never returned our calls. when she did delivered it, it looked as if it wasn't even finished. nothing was smoothed out, there were lumps all over, and the fondant she used around the cake was horrendous (it wasn't cut evenly, it wasn't smoothed out around the edges...) this woman obviously doesn't know much about using fondant. i would never hire her again. on top of it all after she delivered the cake she went straight back into her car and after i saw the cake i called her to ask why it wasn't finished and she hung up on me! she doesn't know a thing about dealing with customers let alone making cakes. photos to come.

you can't go wrong. moore dessert has got to be the best place to get your desserts in dayton. even better i live far from dayton and they ship anything i need! the price is right, and the taste is undeniably amazing! from cakes, cookies, and cupcakes moore dessert can make any theme you can possibly need! i plan on using them for all my occasions!
