moksh restaurant & lounge - conrad abu dhabi etihad towers

best indian cuisine. i went for iftar and i really enjoyed the experience. taste and presentation of the foods are 10 out of 10. professional staff and beautiful interior.

we had a great experience at moksh. we had the iftar meal and it was a fulfilling experience. they served us with the starters with about 8 types and they were absolutely delicious. i can't say enough about them as they tasted divine. every single starter tasted wonderful in their own way. after that we were served with the main course. i would say it was above average as many of the dishes were quite heavy. you might think the quantity is less, but since all the dishes were heavy, we could not finish some dishes. last we were served with the desserts (6 types) and they tasted great as well. i would say the price for this iftar is high but if you have any offers that you could use, that would be better.

this has now become my one of the most absolute favorite indian restaurant in abu dhabi. this place needs no introduction - moksh❤️

the food is fantastic and appealing to the eyes!
concept of this restaurant is highly commendable. hats off to the creator star chef abs, who personally came to meet us during our visit.

servers are great and always attentive, happy and polite.

can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for fine dining experience in abu dhabi.

we enjoyed starters and main course a lot. but when the dessert came it blew our mind. desserts were really out of the world. ambience and service were great too.

we started with starters comes in marvelous way on the platter of indian map…which consist of golgappa, paneer tikka , tandoori prawns , fruit chaat , samosas accompanied by drinks 🍹 bombay blues mocktail, blood orange mocktail & moksh moo..!!

then we had main course -assorted indian gravies, dum chicken
biryani, indian bread, papad & raita..,

and lastly we were served with desserts 🍮 .. which is heavenly divine…

the restaurant certainly exceed my expectations since when i entered this place…the staff were so humble and warm
that it feels like to visit their again..

so if you are looking for some heavenly indian dishes with an attractive and amiable
ambience then this place should be on your top visiting •.

absolutely sensational food, wonderful atmosphere and a real touch of class.
me and my husband were awestruck all over by the fantastic service and hospitality.
the staff take time to explain the menu and suggest dishes based on your preferences and the dishes were a "feast" for the eyes as well as your tastebuds.all the food preparation was exquisite and we even met the chef abs, thanks to him everything was just great and we had the superb experience.
everything was delicious and presentation was perfect.i would highly recommend moksh if you like or want to discover fine-dining indian food with a very detailed-to-perfection and modern twist.
p.s this is coming from a person who has tried almost all the restaurants in abu dhabi 🥰👍.moksh is truly one of the best 👌.

the desserts were so yummy and mouthwatering loved the gulab jamun with cold ras malai 👌🤤

here are some of the items we tried:

i was particularly fond of the 🌟dynamite koyla. it’s charcoal-crusted tempura prawns, dynamite sauce, schezwan chutney. this item is always a crowd-pleaser due to its crispy exterior and succulent interior (crunch in every bite).

🌟murgh marhaba
delicious malai chicken tikka, cooked with labneh, green chili, zaatar. there was a divine mix of spices in the dish. it was like eating tender, juicy meat.

🌟guacamole crab was something very interesting we tasted from the menu.
it’s a mix of smashed tandoori avocado, crabmeat, tomato salsa. pappads of different kinds were served with it. a snack that is perfect for a stand-alone appetizer or as a stand-alone snack. as it's a large mound of avocado, you should share it😉. this indian seafood twist on the traditional guacamole is definitely worth trying.

our main course was 🌟lamb biryani with onions and berries.
savory lamb morsels tossed with saffron basmati, berries, and caramelized onions. a unique biryani packed with a lot of flavor and aroma and fork-tender meat, this is one of the best on the menu. the meat just melts in your mouth.

🌟naan bread was the perfect accompaniment to the delicious 🌟dhabe da chicken.
chicken cooked in onion-tomato masala with north indian spices and yogurt.

it was a delight to enjoy the 🌟rasmalai and the 🌟date halwa pudding, what a delightful end to a wonderful culinary journey💯💫💞.

the map iftar experience -
was a good show/presentation but as an indian , there wasn’t anything which i could feel as a unique taste or something i haven’t tasted before.
felt like the chef was playing it safe - with the quality of the food, cost control maybe.
not worth the pricing for such average taste.
although i assume this show would definitely work positively for a non-indian or an expat guest u’d want to impress.
anyways - 3 ⭐️

first impression was nice based on the ambience. even though there were some mishaps which we would like to forget, but overall i was satisfied with the pleasant and welcoming service from our waitstaff ms renuka and very delicious food. the food was very good and the cocktails (we tried a lot) were all excellent. we would recommend a must go to celebrate any occasion.

it's overpriced and over hyped... if ur foddie who prefer good food than good decor i don't recommend this place... don't expect more than 1 peice in any dish... from starter till desert u will be amazed by quality vs quantity vs price.... interior is good but i think that wont fill ur stomach....

the restaurant was very patient and helpful with helping me place my order. i’m gluten and dairy free, so they spoke with the chef and called me back to advise which dishes i could order. they took my intolerances seriously and i felt assured and confident i wouldn’t get sick from my meal.

when we first tried the food, it tasted amazing!!! rich and full of flavour! think we just found ourselves a new favourite indian restaurant in abu dhabi.
