if you're serious about burgers, like your meat tender, juicy and full of flavour, look no further. their truffle burger (the truffe) is insanely good, will haunt your dreams and have you saying f#ck my diet. these guys are open 3-4 days a week (usually thu-sat, but sometimes sun) from 6-10pm. check their instagram or fb for info. get there before 6pm to avoid the long queue (it's worth it). their menu will also feature a thick shake (usually baklava) and fries (truffle, 'dirty', 'stoned and happy' (gotta love the names) and other variations. the line may be long but moves quick due to short, but sweet menu...no 'umming and ahhing' to hold up the line. the best part...the staff are equally as amazing...friendly...service with a smile and willing to accommodate you the best they can (just ask!). you can't say you love burgers unless you've tried one here!

i have wanted to try mister gee's for a while now but everytime i went, the line was always 100+ people long. last friday, i was determined! i rushed straight after work from penrith to haberfield. got there at 6:30pm with only about 20 people in the line. #winning

the cheeseboogie burger was amazing! i looked at the servings and decided that i was going to give the extra bacon and patty a miss.

the meat was juicy and cooked just right. the cheese was delicious melting and was making love with their amazing sauce. pickles were generous and massive! i love pickles! the bun was soft and the overall serving was satisfying.

we also ordered the happy and stoned fries, that contained blue cheese and chocolate sauce. i'm not gonna lie, my taste buds were confused. lucky we ordered the sauce on the side and was able to enjoy the crunchy fries in their own.

seating was simple, with a few chairs, tables and milk crates, which is the norm for a burger truck. overall, highly recommended and will be back!

went on friday for the truffle burgers. now the line is always going to be big here so i'd advise arriving early by at least 15-20 to avoid standing in a line longer than that. the burgers are good there's no denying that fact however they're not worth waiting in a line for hours for. it's a real shame someone doesn't hook this guy up with his own store i really feel like theres a lot to the mister gees brand and style that would bring it success on a larger scale.

crazy insane line up! started at 6pm and we got there on the dot, there was already about 50 people lining up waiting for the burger truck to start up.  we were invited by mister gee and thankfully, got to skip the line. we had a truffle burger each and a shake to share between two (wasn't really sure what the shake was), the owner seemed really busy so we didn't really get a chance to talk to him. one burger had bacon and the other didn't, that was the only difference. not sure if that's a thing or if bacon was missing?

the truffle mayo was on point, mum really liked the brioche bun, not overly sweet. the patty was well done and quite tender. we both devoured our burger and our bellies were satisfied, so we thought the burgers were a good size, if it was any bigger we would have felt stuffed after eating.

haberfield is a little bit out of the way for us, didnt' have the car so we took 2 trains and a bus... yes it was a mission! just because it's so out of the way, i wouldn't necessarily return if i had to line up. none the less, the burger was enjoyable, we both liked it.  that truffle mayo blew our mind though... that needs to be in every burger. i need to learn how to make it.

take note that this review is written on the fact that we didn't have to line up.

another day, another burger.  burgers remain an important part of my daily diet and i have a feeling it will remain this way for quite some time. i’ve never tried mister gee’s before, so when a friend told me they were coming into the city for lunch, i had to go try their burgers. due to their popularity, i was worried that i might not get my chance if i got there too.  we rocked up at 200 george st at 11am but they weren’t open yet and there wasn’t a lot of people waiting, perfect.  we joined the line at about number 15 and eagerly waited for twenty minutes when the doors opened and the place came alive.

love these burgers. it's so hard to find good burgers in sydney but this place does amazing ones. i just hate having to line up so long it's definately worth the wait but still my feet can't take it. also i wish they had all burger types available at all times because some times my stomach craves mister gees but the burger of the week is not what i'm feeling u no? so yum tho!!!

why do they not serve chicken burgers once in a while? i swallowed my beef hate and came here a few times and daymn - i think i might be a beef eater again. they do some mean burgers. the dirty fries are just as good, and i'd be happy to go there just for the fries if i ever give up their burgers, but consider me off the wagon.

juicy meat, fast service, lack of seating in the area, long-assed lines. worth it all, even in the middle of winter.

we were fortunate to try mister gee burger truck a few weeks back when it made a cameo visit to malabar. it was a hreat oppertunity to get a hold of one of their burgers without having to travel too far and with out the line up. it was a nice sunny day perfect for a sea side burger pop up. the mr geezburger was superb, the best cheezy i have ate so far. the pattie had good flavour and was nicely cooked, the burger had plenty of cheese, tomato sauce and mustard. the fries were a bit of a let down, but i was there for the burger which more than made up for the fries. a qualty burger.

when all 8 people of your group complain their burgers are salty as well as the chips, you know something wrong happened. my first time and i would give it another try, we had the gee love kat burger (delayed review) and it was so disappointing! it tasted liked someone emptied salt over everything, the chips were burning our tongue and throats in salt levels. very very disappointing, but 5 other friends stated their previous experience was good so will try it again, not sure when as it has been weeks and i am still not ready to go back.

hands down the best burgers in sydney. everything about mister gees is just mind blowing. the burgers are really jam packed with flavour and sooo succulent and juicy and creamy and the thick pickles are just wow. another highlight is always their shakes. so far we've tried the baklava shake and the pb&j shake (not sure if there are any more flavours that we haven't tried) but both have been omg.. sooo good.
definitely a must-go place if you live in sydney!!

last time we came here, it was a 40 minute queue for burgers. the burger was worth the wait.

this time at least, we managed to time our visit between queues and didn't have any wait for the truffle fries and one of the last two shakes (pb&j). yum!

i've been here countless times! i always return a happy camper! you have to come early to avoid the crowds! each time i come there is a line but it is definitely worth the wait unlike other burger trucks i've visited! the beef patties are always juicy and tasty! i usually opt for the additional patty at the surcharge of $3-4 but its worth it! the brioche bun is always spectacular. cheese is usually melted well! they even give you free bacon depending on whats on the menu! the fries are a mandatory purchase as any burger lover would say! the staff are uber friendly and service is quite decent when i've been! you can either sit in the carpark and enjoy or drive else where! i usually head to the near by park to make nature jealous of my burger! definitely one of the best burgers i've had in sydney!

mister gees is always worth the wait... we have never been disappointed with a burger, nor the experimental shakes and fries. the menu is small because the focus is always on taste . there are 2 other burger joints within walking distance . don't do it. misters gees, all the way!!!!
