ita a great experience..
the ambience of the place is very cool..staffis very coopperative and helpful .. have done quite a few parties and the place has never disappointed us.. food is absolutely amazing a d delicious.. also music gets full marks.. right sound levels and music big ups to the dj for playing amazing tracks!!

the extent of rude service can be understood when customers have to leave after ordering the food and beer on the table.

we were given only option for outdoor seating, since one particularstaffreported the indoor seating would only open after 4 pm. we got seated, but few moments later complained about delay in service, foul drain smell and mosquitos. to which, he retorted back with some 5-star hotel attitude, "ma'am bahar baithenge to badhbu ayegi,macchar makkhi sb ayenge" 🤣 🤣

the level of drunk staff🤣

came straight out of the place.

mob, cp is not recommended if you wish to chill.

i had been to mob gurgaon so i had huge expections from this place but they disappointed me. their coordination between receptionist andstaffis very poor. we were told that we can go inside and there is seat available. nobody helped us in finding a table. we struggled a lot and didn't find any. after waiting for 10 mins, we got one. but chair was not available. it was my second date, mob killed all the vibe! 😑

we went to this place to try a beer cocktail. but we had no clue we would be climbing a hell lot of stairs to get a seat near the bar only. so they have different floors with different setting. like the ground floor seemed more like a live match scene, the next floor had more like a cafe vibe with live music and the last where we got seated had the dimmest light because dj was there. and then when they switched on the disco ball, the light was directly onto our face because it was a cramped up place. the cocktails was fine, tried another one of their shots. nothing great on that. the photographer was great, courteous enough to ask before clicking and the pictures came out great. the dj music was a mixed bag, sometimes good, sometimes not so much. thestaffwas pretty quick and responsive, which was a good thing.

we were 4 adults with 3 small kids. they do not allow kids on the top floor, so be aware of that while making your plans. you will be limited to a small room on the 1st floor which is ok, but still limited experience compared to the main floor.
the food was good, and thestaffwas attentive and polite, even though the place was packed. they were serving only their crafted beers (3 different ones) but nothing on tap or in bottles. all of us did not much like the crafted ones and found all 3 to be a bit sour, but that is just personal preference. overall, a nice place for an evening out.

full marks to the ambience and interiors. though maintaining such big place is a trouble which was clearly reflecting from their washrooms! such big place but common restrooms that to stinking and dirty like hell. service is bit slow thoughstaffis courteous. their in house brews and food were average nothing exceptional. not worth going again specifically because of the washrooms.
