lunch is ok. i had the german style brat with a side of beer cheese soup. they were both just ok. the brat was over cooked, the bun was not fresh, the soup was a little cold. the food was still good, as in the quality of the food was pretty high and they still tasted ok despite the flaws, like going to a cookout, sometimes you get the stuff that's been sitting for a while. but i use those same buns and same usingers brats at home and know they can be sooooo much better, and i make a far better beer cheese soup too, but i am biased of course.
in the end i will give them another try, see if this was just bad timing on my part or if this is the norm, i suspect it was just bad timing though. i would recommend this place based on the quality of the original materials alone if they had done a better job of preparing it, as is right now i would say go when they are busy and avoid them when it's slow.
