first and last time at mikes in oc. i ordered and got reciept at 9:10pm on a sunday. one cook and three girls out front but no cross training. burgers were ready in 15 minutes but the cook did notfrythe pickles for my order. 10 minutes later pickles were done and server grabbed them with her bare unwashed hands to put them in the bag. got to the car and there were 10 french frys for an order of a burger basket. i went in and waited 10 minutes for the frys. got home and the sauces are ranch not what i ordered (fry sauce) and the burgers were now cold with greasy damp paper and the pickle breading is soggy.
