we just got onepitawith all our mains which is not at all enough. i know for a fact that you used to give 2 with each main. we shouldn't have to pay for extrapitall the time

small cozy place with amazing food.
basil hummus with chickenpitaand baklava were the highlights.
very quick service.
price is on the higher suds but worth it.

one thing i love about chennai is that, i get a fair number of vegetarian options in all types of cuisines.
loved this place. great taste. sambusa with harissa was absolutely fantastic! feta stuffed falafels were crispy and yummy.pitawas very soft and perfect. must try place !
the only reason i gave 4stars instead of 5 was that they charge 100rs for extra mayonnaise! if it were harissa or any other special sauce, i would understand. but 100rs for extra mayonnaise is ridiculous. i would've given 4.5stars if i could.
but yes, the servers were very polite and helpful. would definitely recommend this place.

knew this place bring in the middle eastern cuisine through instagram usually with this name they provide shawarma, flat breads etc the day i saw “harissa “ mentioned i knew they really mean what they claim to be 🙌 we reached at 6 pm 🙂immediately appreciated the ambiance, was really warm and cozy🙂 ordered and the service was lighting 🔥had our zatar fried chicken to start which was so flavourful 😍 the chicken shawarma withpitaand fries was really really delicious 😍 the most awaited harissa chicken was unbelievable same as the one u would have in middle eastern countries 🙌🙌👏 and ended with rosemilk cake just wow😍 special mention for the beetroot feta 🙌 it was a complete satisfactory experience 🙌 reasonable pricing 👏

have been going to mezze for about 2 years now, and i usually eat the falafel because it can be customized to make it vegan. today i decided decided to try thepitafalafel pockets, and i loved them. you can make them vegan by asking them for vegan pita, no cheese and not to sever the orange sauce (the orange sauce is mayo based). thesepitafalafel pockets were yum to say the least. the ambiance and service were nice as always.

last resort for people who are fed up coz of desi shawarmas (pita bread filled with desi style chicken mixed in a "mayo" & cabbage overload)

their shawarma meat, hummus, pickled veggies, toumme, fries andpitabread are definitely on point.

chicken wings tossed in harrisa was really spicy! definitely worth a try for chicken wings lovers!

1pitabread is really not enough...
i would suggest minimum 3 pieces for a serving this size

i remember when mezze had amazing food. it's doesn't anymore. i've had three consecutive bad experiences with this restaurant and the saddest part is that it used to be one of my go-to places. thepitabread tasted too yeasty, the potatoes in the batata harra were not cooked through and the hummus always tastes wrong. i don't know why, but the food just isn't as good as it once was.

the staff and the manager of the store are really courteous and excellent. the food was good and price was normal for the quantity and quality.
harissa fish withpitabread was excellent. baklava just melts in your mouth. really one of the best desserts i have had.

we ordered fried paneer, fried fish, chicken wings, falafelpitasandwich and masala fries. all of that were exceptional in taste. though i believe the sandwich was bit overpriced for the serving. the ambience of the restaurant is good and the staff were courteous. overall, definitely a good place to add to your bucket list.

tips:

1) the restaurant adds service charge to the bill though you are not required to pay that. so keep out an eye for that.
2) also, we went a bit late at around 2:30 pm. even though they let us in and served the starters, before we could get to the main course they shut down the kitchen without informing. its a bit of a let down. so yeah, go early!!!

the food was horrible. mayo was too salty,pitawas half cooked, and chicken had no taste at all. total waste of money and it has only spoiled our stomach

the hummus was a slightly sour, either too much of tahini or its just about to expire. the toume was as expected, pretty heavy however better than most places. the dip for the sambusa was not spicy at all just a lot of red colouring. the chicken in shawarma was well cooked and soft but thepitawas soggy and slightly raw
