make food tastier when u charge make it value

we loved the food here was well presented and of excellent taste. chocolate baklava was so good. if you like chocolate flavour then you should try this. they have to improve there service we got few items which was not ordered by us 😃.

we waited for 45mins (2 to 2.45) to get our table and they are not even reserving tables if we call and ask them to book. so if you are going here be ready to wait.

a lot of chickpeas and olives. would have liked some more lettuce and veggies. otherwise good.

i have got non vegetarian instead of veg chic pea hummus, we are jain , this is disgusting how can you do something like this, please take return your food this is utter careless from the restaurant to give mon veg to a veg customer

i’ve ordered this dish several times in the past. today was terrible experience where the dish was nothing like what i’ve had. very poor experience. extremely disappointed. was a loyal customer at mezze but today was very disappointing.

mezze is an interesting place to visit for the adventurous foodie looking to try some authentic mediterranean cuisine and i mean authentic. the hummus i excellent and every dish we had can be regarded as a good representation of said cuisine. a huge downside to this restaurant and something that drastically needs to improve is service. this was one of the most shoddy service experiences i've had in a while and it all started with a valet who seemed like he didn't want to park our vehicle. his first response when we arrived was and i quote, "sir,no parking. there is parking on the other street". that is the worst thing for a restaurant and the best way to drive away customers. next, we enter to a less than enthusiastic staff that didn't even seat us. at this point, i was on the brink of leaving but since this place was highly recommended, we decided to stay. forgotten order after forgotten order later, we received our food which was surprisingly really good as mentioned. there appears to be no floor manager and every time i ushered to the person behind the billing system, they kept brushing me off by saying "1 minute". all in all, to future patrons, please go and try the food at mezze. it is truly well made but be prepared for a lacklustre service. mezze management, please rectify your service issues. thank you.

absolutely loved mezze, they never compromise on quality or quantity. you'll get the best middle eastern food in chennai here.

there is always delay while making the food. this happens when dining in and also in delivery.

amazing food but the fries can be done better it's not good enough .

only thing good was the pita, which seemed fresh. the rest of the food was a disaster. the fish was so watery, the chicken seemed okay but not upto taste. the hummus was smelled a little funny. i wouldn't advice ordering from here ever again, but visit in person. cause the food i've eaten there was 5stars worthy and the one i received is something i wouldn't eat after my first bite.

the chicken shawarma meat was raw.

quantity compare with money was not met the expectation..

1 pita bread is really not enough...
i would suggest minimum 3 pieces for a serving this size
