bad experience i have ordered 1 kg of lemon cake after accepting order they have told me to revise the order or accept 2 cakes of half kg which they have sent

perfect taste and cake was in perfect shape too 💚

all pattises was to bad in taste and too cold . i won't like it at all . it seems like they are just interested in just amount not to provide good food at all . to much bad experience.

please have a look... this was not expected as we brought the cake for someone's birthday.

not properly delivered

abrupt staff behavior and denied seating
today i happen to visit merwans outlet in parel east for a casual snack,
with due respect it was an dine in order ( expected to be eaten in store or store premises )

on receiving of the order, as i started to eat my received order.
the staff asked me to leave the premises immediately.
i requested them to allow me to finish my snack in store or to atleast to provide me with a chair so that i can finish my snack by been seated outside the store premises

but the rudely rejected my requested and expected me to eat my snack outside the store by standing in sunny afternoon without any appropriate furniture .

as per new government rules and regulation all the food outlets are allowed min of 50 % occupancy
patio / outdoor seating is also allowed then why is merwans outlet not offer appropriate seating for there customer
also as per fda its a must for all the food outlets to provide bear minimum seating for the customer when the food outlet is offering any sort of dine product,

after arguing the same points with store manager ms sweta sakpal, she said the time i visit the outlet was during non dining hours hence they cant provide me the chair for seating

but fyi there is no such mentioning about the dine in hours in store premises

then on what bases i was denied my basic requirement

we ordered a mousse cake and received a cream cake. i would expect a refund or new order please to compensate for a mistake by merwan. thanks

great place good renovation, it is very affordable and it just don't serve cakes and pastries but also serves savoury items like puffs and rolls

best of all cake shops in mumbai.. must say...
they serve the bestest and softest cake one can even imagine off
i have tried nearly all of their pastries and must say all flavours are awsome 😍😍

chicken cheese roll- average at its best

tandoori chicken cheese roll- average

veg cheese roll- sadly, average

cake shakes in four flavours: truffle, chocolate, black forest and blueberry- they were thick shakes with an extremely tiny portion of pastry of said flavour at the top. they taste good, but quantity is disappointing at the price rate( inr 110/-)
