good, tasty chinese. went on a wednesday night, and there were a handful of tables but not too busy. good pricing, menu maybe a little too big. butfoodwas really good albeit westernized chinese. loved the spicy salt squid, totally go back just for that dish! garlic prawns were amazing, and my friends liked the sweet and sour, even though i don't normally eat that sort of chinese. definitely come back again.

thefoodis really good and fresh. plus it's always hot when you get thefood no matter if it's at the restaurant or if you get takeaway from the restaurant. staff are always friendly and polite as well. i would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is from geelong area or a tourist. the only problem is that where it's located. it's a bit of a walk from geelong central business district. but if you want a place to enjoy a nice meal. then i would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

the wait staff are always friendly and attentive to your table and order. thefoodis incredible, the singapore noodles are to die for. nice atmosphere. definitely a regular here now, for dine in and takeaway.

cheap and cheerful.

good for basic chinesefoodthat fills the stomach with friendly and efficient service. the meals are a bit light on meat though (especially compared with other chinese restaurants) but everything is fresh and tasty.

you will be fine if you stick to the chinesefoodas the vietnamesefoodwas below average (i guess you can't be good at all cuisines!)

on my way back with the family from great ocean road and stopped by geelong for dinner. restaurant is small and cozy with a pretty traditional setting. service was brilliant, the lady boss was very friendly, and thefoodwas amazing.

attentive service. thought we would give this a try since we wanted chinese and were really hungry. we were surprised by the great service and generous portions. thefoodwas average and i've eaten a lot worse. the place was clean and showed well despite the dim lighting. would definitely eat here again.

knock knock. cheap and cheerful.
not authentic of course, more something that one who always liked their steak "burnt" and didn't like foreignfoodwould enjoy.
hasn't changed much since the 80's and yes - if you look very closely - you can see the lights swing due to the knock shop upstairs. or at least you can laugh about pretending you can.
not a place for a person with palate, but good enough value for afoodcourt style meal. the banquets are at a good price for what they are. service was ordinary, but with a smile.

highly disappointed. after mei ling was recommended to me, we decided to visit it. we were served by non english speaking waitress,found it difficult to convey what i wanted and to understand what exactly was in the dish responses from waitress were "yeah yeah".foodisn't worthy of a comment, greasy, chewy meat, no vegetables except 2 pieces of mushy carrot, 1 onion and 2 capsicum. family had headaches, indigestion and nausea.foodcontained high amounts of msg. prices were ridiculous for what it was. i do not recommend this place to anyone.
