megabite pizza

they are open till late night plus their prices are very reasonable so i give 4 rating to this place. decor and other things are not thatgoodso i deduct 1 star for that.

the pizza at megabite is quite bready for me. the sauce is good, the options aregoodand the pricing is good! maybe agoodoption for a hangover cure. they are definitely open till late!

the toppings and the amount of cheese on their pizzas are where they differentiate themselves. their pizzas definitely tastegoodoverall. but i wish they'd stop putting sesame seeds on their crusts.

we had a sudden urge of needs to eat pizza and saw megabite still opened at 11:30pm.  we immediately went in to take a look at what kind of pizza they have.  for most part, they are just the regulars you usually see.  like hawaiin, pepperoni, meat etc.  then i saw this hot dog pizza.  just had to get it.  they would even put honey mustard on it after you ordered it. it's like putting all my favorite fast food together!  pizza and hot dog!  it tastes pretty much like what you would expect a pizza and a hot dog to be~  good and greasy after you have a few drinks.  i usually like eating something greasy after drinking.  it makes my stomach feel better.   we ordered another slice of pizza too.  hawaiin.  they are both pretty good~  agoodthing about this place is that it's located across the street from venue nigh club and also some other clubs.  so, after a night of drinking and part

it's ok when i get it for free. buying pizza slices is my guilty pleasure, like sneaking into a bar for a quick drunk is for alcoholics (or drinking hand sanitizer is for derros who wind up in my hospital ward.) but i never buy slices from megabite. they're too expensive compared to other by-the-slice purveyors, and too generic. not hideous, just not asgoodas the many alternatives. however, one of the psychiatrists where i work brings megabite pies in when he's assigned weekend duty. bringing treats for the nurses is a tradition with the weekend docs, because they're making the big money. i'll say this positive thing about megabite -- their slices have a lot of cheese. that's what i like about north american pizza, as compared to australian pizza (more about the toppings there) and italian pizza (where the crust is the focus.) megabite's cheesiness almost makes up for the tasteless crust and the oddly sweet sauce. but i still wouldn't eat their pizza unless i get it for free.

online specials make this worthwhile. starving students with assignment deadlines at midnight, we had no time to cook. we found this wicked online deal at megabite: 2 large specialty pizzas for $19.

waaaaaat? pizza in vancity that isn't a bajillion dollars???

got their monster and venezia specialty pizzas. these are agoodsize, and arrived super hot. i was expecting 45mins but they were there within 30. sweet anticipation.

it came with 2 dipping sauces. the garlicky and marinara sauces are scrummy yummy. the toppings were generous for the price, and the thin crust was crunchy, not doughy.

i don't often come across places that put eggplant and whole cloves of roasted garlic on their pies. world. of. win.
