yes it is open....after regularly following up with the hotel, mediterra is finally open.
but all excitement went in vain because the chef is not same, the quality of ingredients they used to use is different and to add to agony portions are not same too.
i ordered spinach ricotta cannolini and pesto risotto,
the ricotta now they use is invisible in nature ...and also has no taste thats what chef tried to explain soft cheese, melting, mixing etc etc ....yet he failed to convince that is ricotta because there is no flavour / taste of ricotta in dish.
rissotto was runny, the arborio rice used is of low quality ...instead of full rice it seems they now use broken arborio rice.
very horrible experience ...i was waiting desperately for it to reopen and have re-experience the mediterranean flavour. but very disappointed.
